Holiday houses in Kimswerd

A fantastic retreat surrounded by nature. We loved the stunning sunrise views over the water, having ice cold dips in the water after hot sauna sessions, and getting cosy by the log burner in the cabin. The rolltop bath is glorious, and the finishing little touches make this place just magical.

Quiet and clean. We had the most lovely stay. Animals are very friendly. Definitely recommended!

Vera and Ellen informed us about everything in time and were very friendly. The living room with the sofas in front of the gas fireplace is very cozily furnished, the kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is nice. Everything was very clean. The beds are also great, you can sleep great in them. The outdoor facilities are well maintained and appealing, the location quiet, but still close to Steenwijk or to the highway if you want to do something. Everything is really very good except for the fact that you have almost no space for your clothes. But we got that sort of sort and wasn't crucial. We can highly recommend this apartment!

The house is located in a quiet enclosed area and corresponds exactly to the host's description. Lovely terrace and enclosed garden - and especially good with toilet on the 1st floor by the bedrooms. Only small note is that the stairs to the first floor are a bit steep. We are happy to come again when our road drops past the area.

The location of the house is particularly nice. Various water birds could be observed from the house. All facilities worked and there was nothing missing. The written instructions for the house guests were very helpful and up to date. Our very friendly host Andreas was always available.

We felt comfortable in the apartment immediately. It is very clean and decorated with taste. The kitchen is great. The view and location couldn't be better. We will be back for sure.

What a wonderful apartment! Right in the center of Alkmaar, so everything is within walking distance . The apartment itself has all the comforts. Lovely sofa, beautiful kitchen and good bed. Really nothing to criticize and definitely recommended if you want to relax and enjoy everything Alkmaar has to offer. Especially around the holidays, with all the beautiful Christmas decorations, a pleasure to watch the life of the city pass you by.

We were quickly welcomed by the family and felt welcome. The tents are a small shell path away from the parking lot, but a small wagon helps carry so the path doesn't get too long. The tent is well-equipped and everything worked well. The rain at night gave everything a sense of cozy security. It was great ! Please note: We were there for 3 days with two semi-strong puberty boys who may have been a little too old for the offers. For families with younger children (Max 10J), the offer is varied and good.
