If you are looking for a stay near sugarbush you cannot pass up this place. Less than 5 mins from both mountains the location is unbeatable. Place is clean, well layed out and has space for everyone.

If you are looking for an idyllic lake house experience, this is it! We could have spent our entire trip just sitting on the porches—upstairs, downstairs, one screened-in porch, and the lovely dock. We used the kayaks and the paddle boat multiple times. The house was perfect for us because we are a close family of three, but if you need privacy from other guests, this wouldn’t be the ideal house as one bedroom opens into the other. The beds are soft and comfortable as is the sofa. Paula and Tim were extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely return to this house. It was difficult to leave the gorgeous leaves.

This wonderful home was everything and more than we expected, and it was the last week of February! Can’t wait to return in August to enjoy the lake and kayak. If the weather turns bad, you can enjoy the game room. We played ping pong and pool for hours during this stay. They also have darts, bumper pool, foosball, and so many classic great games. Playing cards on the dining table soaking in the ever-changing amazing views of Lake Champlain was priceless. We could hear and see the train every day rolling along on the west shore (NY). Our little dog felt right at home. This home is open, bright, and spacious. The king bed was so comfortable. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The hosts, Barb & Barb, were the best we’ve ever experienced. They were friendly, helpful, and full of local useful information. I would give 6 stars if I could! Mike, Judy & Gypsy

We have stayed w Kerri and Brandon a few times now and their home is always clean and cozy! They are friendly, always responsive and accommodating ! I highly recommend this home and having Kerri and Brandon host a trip for you and your family!

This house was absolutely perfect for our ski weekend in Killington. Our other stay fell through at the last minute, and Lina went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was super responsive, helpful, and had the house ready quickly. I can't even begin to say how amazing she is! She really saved our weekend. We were 3 families traveling with kids and the house was perfect for us. Great number of bedrooms, spacious, fun basement, and back yard and side yard to play in the snow. We got two feet of snow (!) while we were there and the plows cleared our driveway so we didn't get stuck. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and they even had some firewood for the fire. It was a memorable weekend! Thank you, Lina!

We had two families with four kids under 4 and had a great stay. Location is perfect if you want to ski, just a half mile from the mountain. Not far from town. Comfortable and cozy. Rooms slept very warm, but otherwise, it was great!
