Probably the best place I have stayed. Really well setup with everything you could need in a lovely location. Very peaceful and quiet, the host is very friendly and responsive. Nice touches like music playing on arrival and fresh flowers in the kitchen. Everything was squeaky clean. The bed and furniture is comfy and even a TV in the bedroom too. The visiting animals are a treat and very friendly and the fact it is dog friendly is fantastic my fur kid really enjoyed the easy access to the paddock and interacting with the friendly visitors. Would highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing stay yet only minutes from dog friendly beaches, restaurants and amenities. Thanks i'll be back!

Place as described. We were four occasionally five adults and a 9 month old baby. Good space with two living areas. Great covered outdoor area with fans meant we spent quite a bit of time outside. Nice lawn and bush outlook. Very well equipped kitchen, everything thought of. Lovely new bathroom. Aircon and pedestal fans adequately kept the place cool. Reasonable walk to beach, no steep hills.

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

Amazing location, 2 minutes from the beach. You can hear the sound of the waves. The place was very comfortable and fully equipped, can't think of anything that was missing. Comfortable beds, great shower, good coffee machine. Clear checkin instructions. We especially enjoyed the sun trenched back veranda and great BBQ. A lovely surprise was the hot water out door shower...bliss! We didn't want to leave.

My stay at this property was nothing short of incredible! The house itself is beautifully designed, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The highlight without a doubt, was the pool. Crystal clear with pool noodles provided and the outdoor area was spacious with loungers and a BBQ. Inside, the house was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to prepare meals and the living space is comfortable and relaxing. The water pressure in the shower is strong and heats up quickly. The beds are comfortable and the towels provided were huge and fluffy and there was lots of them. The location was fantastic—peaceful, private & close to beaches. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. They had a wonderful welcome pack in the fridge with awesome jams, chocolates and sparkling water. Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

What a great stay, really enjoyed our relaxing weekend! While the weather wasn’t the best there was still a bit to do, go for a swim or just chill out in the pool area. Plus most of the streaming services were logged in so we had ample stuff to watch when it rained. The host was great, very helpful and may sure we had a good time and if there was anything else he could do to make it better. Awesome place for a relaxing weekend, would 100% recommend. Location was beautiful, great view from the infinity pool.

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

I just had the best birthday ever. The house is breathtaking!! Justin has been the best host, super responsive, professional and helpful. Everything was even better than on the pictures. I can’t wait to go back ! I recommend 100%

We booked for a group for my 50th birthday. The house and garden were perfect for us. So much space, different areas to gather and chill out and hang out together. Easy access to the lake for those who wanted to take a stroll. The house is well laid out with everything you need to cater to a larger group. We had a fantastic weekend. My only other feedback is the photos do not do the house justice!!! The living spaces are expansive!! We had the most fantastic time and highly recommend this house.

Ideal location for my trip as it’s a 10 minute drive in either direction for the activities we doing that weekend. Bonny herself is very friendly and welcoming. Very secure and lovely property and everything looked like pictures.

Victoria‘s place was perfect for a girls weekend out of town. Lovely balcony with a view of the water. A bedroom each. A well appointed kitchen and very comfortable lounge room. Very close to all the restaurants and cafes at Ettalong and Umina.

with its multiple living areas, quality furniture and fittings, it's a very comfortable and stylish place to relax and enjoy the luxurious lifestyle created, the office desk had ample space and a spare monitor to connect you laptop, the pool tiling was safe for kids with a great non slip surface, bbq and kitchen cook top were great, TV's were big and quality, aircon was great, fridge with ice and water. Views of the beach with a great deck to enjoy a few drinks in the evening or your morning coffee. Plenty more... we will be back!! thank you Kim!!!

Lily’s place was beautiful! The house is spacious and surrounded by a large grassy area, creating a peaceful setting. It had the perfect number of rooms to comfortably accommodate my large group with 2 beds in each. Special thanks also for allowing us to bring two of our dogs. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of utensils for everyone. Overall, a fantastic experience! 🌸

I stayed here with my family and we all had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space for everyone, we all felt very at home and the location was great. A 2 minute stroll to the beach and our own pool! What more could we want!? Would stay here again.

Bob was an outstanding host. Very accommodating and helpful, checking in to see if anything was needed to ensure our stay was pleasant. The stay was very peaceful, clean and in a great location. We were very happy that we could bring our 2 poodles along for the trip also. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a nice time away.

Cameron and Cathy’s home was the perfect place for our family getaway (with our 2 small fur babies). The home has absolutely everything you could ever need for a break away. Photos were accurate, located right on the lake, plenty of room to spread out and the most well appointed kitchen we have ever stayed at! As a Sydney-sider, I can highly recommend this spot as a good getaway from the hustle and bustle of city-life. Close to beautiful beaches, bush walks, nice drive and just genuinely down-to-earth people.

I visited Debbie’s Airbnb with my husband and 2 dogs and we loved our stay. Debbie is a great host who put effort and thought into the details - amenities are fantastic, little considerate gifts and a well equipped kitchen! The place is clean, just be sure to remove your dog bowls from the floor (inside) once they’ve eaten as ants swarmed ours after leaving them there for a short period. The location was overall great, very close drive to shops and beaches but we were disappointed that everything within easy walking distance from the home was not dog-friendly - the lookout, bateau beach and all of the coastal walks. The dog beach at Shelley beach is a short drive away though and is a gorgeous place.
