Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kilkenny

We were a group of 5 women staying in Cork for birthday celebrations, and Paul's house suited our needs perfectly. His home is modern and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Paul was a friendly and responsive host who left some lovely welcome treats for us and excellent instructions and recommendations in his property manual. We used taxis (via FreeNow) to get in and out of the city at night time and we were never waiting more than 10 mins. For us, it was worth being a little further out (less than a 10 minute journey) for the space we had to relax and enjoy each others company in such a nice, open plan living area. I would highly recommend Paul's home and the location if you want to relax and catch up with friends or enjoy family time.

Highly recommend staying at Declan's if you get the chance! The property is a lovely clean spacious house close to a beautiful beach and a short drive to all the amenities you could want, as well as lots of places to visit and things to do in the south east of Ireland. The fireplace in the living area is a real focal point of the property, and makes the space so cosy. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen: we had all the pots and pans needed to cook as if we were at home. Declan himself is a fantastic host - super responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything was so easy and it was a joy to stay there. Thank you, Declan!

We didn't have a problem finding the place. No questions remained unanswered with navigation and description. There were four of us only one night on our way back to the airport in the beautiful quiet cottage. The most beautiful and the cheapest accommodation. Very quiet location on a large private property. Very modern, new, accessible bathroom, high-quality furnishings, large cozy living area. We would have liked to have stayed here longer. The only nostalgia drop was the bed a little too soft for us in the master bedroom. The large 'fireplace room' with the two large beds has a viewing window to the kitchen. An extra curtain could be quite right here. Conclusion: beautiful accommodation as a start for exploration trips in the Wexford/Enniscorthy area. Frances lives next door, but we didn't meet until we left. Securely reachable quickly if necessary.

Great house. Lovely little village and a beautiful beach.

We booked Miriam's place for a wedding in Aherlow House Hotel and it was absolutely perfect! Our bridesmaids stayed in the house and my wife got ready for our wedding there! The views were beautiful and Miriam allowed us to check in early so that my wife would have plenty of time to get ready. it made our day so much less stressful! thank you so much!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Niamh’s. We all actually thought the pictures didn’t do the place justice. The views are incredible and the place overall is so cozy and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in or near Duncannon. There’s a couple pubs very close and also a local shop which was very handy. Niamh was also kind enough to give us a late checkout - 11/10!

I had such a fantastic stay at Helen's extended room in Limerick! The room was exactly as described — stylish, clean, and full of natural light. It felt like a home away from home with the added bonus of being within a close distance to all the best restaurants and shops in the area. Helen was an exceptional host, very communicative and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a stocked kitchen, and a coffee machine. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city with ease. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Limerick!

Lovely apartment to rest and relax. It is located on the edge of town but only a few mins drive away. The apartment is surrounded by green fields, woodland and nature. The terrace is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The apartment is well equipped and homely. Tom and his wife are friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place for what I needed!

What a little gem Margaret’s apartment is the views are just outstanding. Margaret is a lovely friendly and extremely accommodating host we had a great few days the apartment had everything we needed and the location was perfect.

Beautiful big bedroom room and lovely kitchen

Our family of four was very happy with our stay at Geoff and Therese’s apartment. The sleeping spaces were comfortable, and though the kitchenette and bathroom were small, they had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The yard area was also appreciated- we ate several meals outside at the picnic table. The hosts were highly responsive and thoughtfully had food items waiting for us when we arrived. Overall a great stay and location! Thank you

Selina's place was incredible, a lovely cottage in the Irish countryside. The surroundings were lovely and extremely quiet and relaxing. Selina has been a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful, she welcomed us with a lit fireplace and homemade muffins, very appreciated. Moreover the place was extremely clean and cozy, truly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Benvoy House! Paul and Fiona are brilliant hosts, communicated very well and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The garden was enclosed with an electric gate so it was perfect for our dogs. The apartment is warm and cozy. It has everything you need and more. We can't wait to come back again and neither can our doggies!

Marie's place could not have been more peaceful and she had fitted it out with all we could have needed and more. The situation within 5 min walk of the DART station made access both to the city and to the coast in either direction very easy. Marie herself was the ideal hostess, attending to our difficulties promptly and a mine of local information .

Unusual location in semi wooded raised slightly away and above the owners home, can't see from the airbnb. Outside seating to two sides, plenty of space inside, well appointed and warm, we didn't need the wood burner. Very relaxing stay. Met both hosts and their lovely dog, very welcoming and helpful. Great allocated parking space, would highly recommend this home from home.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s much more spacious. It has a lovely warm feel and we loved cozying up as a family by the fire watching movies. The bedrooms are a great size as are the bathrooms. It’s nice to have the option of a bath or shower. It is handy to be able to avail of the kids club and pool (which you pay Mount Juliet extra for). The grounds around it are well kept and lovely for walks. There is lots for everyone to do there.

We spent a few nights at Sharon's and it was just as described. Lovely peaceful surrounds and modern, clean apartment just for us to stay in. Definitely would stay again and would recommend to others!

what a place to stay! great rooms, great space. maureen had a giant binder with a collection of local pamphlets and menus, a great resource to have. beautiful area, walking distance to a fantastic moat.

A great stay at Riaan's place. Amazing hospitality and a friendly welcome. Very comfortable apartment (bed is awesome!), with everything we needed and more. Peaceful location. Very highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Margaret’s place. We came pretty late and left pretty early, so we kinda jumped in and jumped out. But we got everything we needed and felt instantly like in home. In the morning we were greeted by the cutest and fluffiest cat that elevated our stay! Hosts seem to be very friendly and welcoming - you really feel welcomed. Nothing to complain about :)

Alan is a great host. I strongly recommend the place.
