Villa holiday rentals in Kiawah Island

We loved Mary Ellens space, it was comfortable, well equipped, and peaceful. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. We would recommend this space to anyone llooking for a quiet, comfortable place close to the beach, restsurants, shopping, and bike paths.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was a nice relaxing trip. The house was clean and well stocked. Would definitely come back.

The place was perfect for our family of five. Quiet and clean. The pool and beach options were great for our kids. Spent a lot of time on the beach exploring. We loved our time and would love to come back!

Nicole was a wonderful host. The villa is beautiful with great amenities. Very close to the beach, just a few hundred feet. This was our first stay on Kiawah Island for my wife's birthday. We were both very pleased with our stay. The villa was exceptional, everything was immaculate in a beautiful setting. We have stayed at other vactions villas and this one was absoluelty outstanding. We enjoyed our stay and would not heistate to stay here again. We highly recommend Nicole's villa to anyone and you will not be dissapointed whatsoever. We look for ward to coming back in the near future to stay her again. The proximity to great shopping and resteraunts is a huge plus. Nicloe's suggestions on what to do and see were greatly appreciated. Overall what a great get away for us.

Terry was the absolute best host and you won’t find a better value on the island. The location is perfect (we rode our bikes to the Westin pool and beach everyday) and we love this less commercialized part of the island. You can also bike to mini golf and various shops. We enjoyed a day of golfing with the vouchers included in the stay. The villa is private with a screened in porch off the back where we enjoyed watching alligators and birds. We loved every second and can’t wait to come back again next summer!

We loved our stay at Martin’s place in Kiawah! The location offers a short walk to the beach and also walking and biking trails nearby. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The coffee every morning overlooking the Lagoon also helped to provide a relaxing atmosphere. Martin was helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend Martin’s place.

Loved our stay! The hosts were extremely resourceful and had great recommendations for what to do on the island. Appreciated they had a pack and play for little travelers!!

Exceeded expectations! All the comforts of home, including small touches like games, dvd’s puzzles etc. Location was perfect. SkyRun made the whole experience so easy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I would love to gate keep this place but I will share! Walter was a wonderful host and very responsive. The condo was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 adults and then some. I have been visiting Hilton Head for over 20 years and have rented many places. This one is top 3 for us. The view from the balcony of the ocean was perfect. We spent a great deal of time out there, even during a storm. The walk to the beach was easy and less than 3 minutes. Location is mid-island so everything is very accessible. I cannot recommend Walter’s condo highly enough. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

We had a wonderful experience with iTrip Charleston, and the beautiful Sea La Vie villa. All pre-booking questions were answered immediately, and the team was highly informative with travel details from check-in/arrival through departure. We felt at home from the moment we walked in to discover welcome treats and a lovely message from Sarah & Steven in this spacious and beautiful villa. The pet-friendly home was well-stocked, nicely decorated, and super cozy - everything we needed for a relaxing break. It’s in a fantastic location - only a short walk to the beach. Thank you for sharing your charming home with us…we look forward to returning soon.

Definitely will not be our last stay here! This place is absolutely beautiful…well stocked, clean, quiet…every bit as pretty as the pictures if not more so! The host was responsive to questions and had a ton of thoughtful recommendations, check in a breeze, bed was comfortable, everything was just perfect! Great rental…I didn’t wanna leave!

This is the cleanest and nicest airbnb I’ve ever stayed at ! It was very accommodating and had everything we needed for a great vacation. I contacted the host and their response was extremely fast and helpful. I definitely recommend! I can’t say anything negative about our experience.

Had a nice stay. The condo was clean and as described. Easy to find on the island and in a good location A couple of notes for those considering booking this location: 1. You will only be allowed to bring two vehicles max. The first is free but the second vehicle will cost you ~$45 after taxes to get through the gate. This condo is behind the guarded gate of the town of Seabrook Island, and you literally will not be given a pass for more than 2 vehicles to get into the community. I feel this is important to highlight since most Airbnb listings are not this strict on number of vehicles. But, since this one is within the gated portion of the community, it is. 2. You will not be able to access most restaurants or other locations INSIDE of the gated portion of the town without getting an amenity card, which costs $40/day for access only. The cost of meals/other services is not included in this $40. We had a nice stay and the property served our groups’ needs!

Very nice property. Quiet, private, and pleasant. Spacious interior, and very clean. Nice outdoor space looking over golf course. About a 15 minute walk to beach.

What a wonderful place! We stayed with our two daughters (ages 8 and 12) and brought our bikes. We loved the inviting main space, having separate bathrooms, and reading on the back porch. The kitchen is well-stocked, everything was super clean, and the location is convenient to the pool and beach (especially with bikes). Erin was so friendly, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend! It was very clean and the bed was so comfy! The location was everything! So close to many great restaurants, bars, and shopping. I’d love to stay here again the next time I’m in Charleston!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The property is as pictured with all the listed amenities. Please note - you will need to bring your own spices and other ingredients needed to cook your own food however all the cookware/untensils are provided. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet - surrounded by greenery. It's located next to a golf course, 2 beaches and lots of wonderful restaurants and shopping within 10-18mins driving. The provided golf cart was also fun to use for short trips in the community and to the beach as well. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We hope to return when we're back at Hilton Head.
