Villa holiday rentals in Kiawah Island

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was a nice relaxing trip. The house was clean and well stocked. Would definitely come back.

Kiawah is gem. Love coming here every year during the off season. Mimosa Manor had everything we needed. Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Super clean and free of clutter. Well-equipped kitchen. We cook almost all our meals and it was a pleasure to work in. Super close walk to the beach. Having access to beach chairs, towels and a Shibumi shade was a major plus. Bike rentals are a must.

This is an amazing location, a 5-minute or less walk to the beach down the path in your backyard, easy access in and out of the neighborhood and to the rest of the island and amenities. I ran the marathon and there couldn’t be a more perfect location for that specifically. Clean, comfortable, and the host made everything move seamlessly and smooth.

The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, plenty of space and the grounds were beautiful. If we find ourselves in thenarea again, we would enjoy staying here again.

We loved our stay at Martin’s place in Kiawah! The location offers a short walk to the beach and also walking and biking trails nearby. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The coffee every morning overlooking the Lagoon also helped to provide a relaxing atmosphere. Martin was helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend Martin’s place.

Great comfortable place to stay. Convenient to the beach and start/finish line for the yearly full marathon. Would stay again!

Very well stocked and beautifully decorated home. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Great location, close to everything. Would definitely return when in Hilton Head.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vicki’s villa on Seabrook. The location is perfect, private and peaceful, nestled in the Live Oaks with beautiful views from each of the FOUR outdoor areas. It is an easy walk to the beach and the club, which has a great pool and lounge area on an embankment overlooking the ocean. We love to cook, and the kitchen is fabulous, well appointed with all the equipment you need to make meals. Vicki and the management were also incredible with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. We highly recommend Vicki’s villa—you will experience a peaceful escape and right at home.

This condo was perfect!!! It was equipped with anything and everything anyone might want or need. Even down to beach chairs, and cooler. Would definitely rebook here for our next HH trip.

easy check in, great location, all of us were very comfortable because there is a lot of room. we are already planning our return next year!

The house was perfect for our First Baptist Church Perry group of 10 couples. It was just what our group needed. The house was clean with plenty of room for our group cooking meals & playing games. Joseph was a great host and answered all of our questions. Thanks for getting elevator working. It was wonderful to have!!!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was right across from pool and beach making the whole trip super easy. We loved the porch for meals and reading and the house was well stocked for everything we needed. The hosts are great as well with timely and thorough instructions and welcoming treats for all. I’d highly recommend this place overall.

We had an amazing time!! Brian was extremely helpful and answered any questions very promptly. The condo was very nice and clean. The balcony was amazing to chill after the day. We will definitely be back.

Definitely will not be our last stay here! This place is absolutely beautiful…well stocked, clean, quiet…every bit as pretty as the pictures if not more so! The host was responsive to questions and had a ton of thoughtful recommendations, check in a breeze, bed was comfortable, everything was just perfect! Great rental…I didn’t wanna leave!

Had a nice stay. The condo was clean and as described. Easy to find on the island and in a good location A couple of notes for those considering booking this location: 1. You will only be allowed to bring two vehicles max. The first is free but the second vehicle will cost you ~$45 after taxes to get through the gate. This condo is behind the guarded gate of the town of Seabrook Island, and you literally will not be given a pass for more than 2 vehicles to get into the community. I feel this is important to highlight since most Airbnb listings are not this strict on number of vehicles. But, since this one is within the gated portion of the community, it is. 2. You will not be able to access most restaurants or other locations INSIDE of the gated portion of the town without getting an amenity card, which costs $40/day for access only. The cost of meals/other services is not included in this $40. We had a nice stay and the property served our groups’ needs!

Great location & amenities. They’re very strict on amount of cars allowed per unit which makes sense considering the minimal resort parking space. Very good and quick communication! Board walk to the ocean definitely gets your steps in so having a wagon is a must, however seeing all the nature is really cool while walking.

It was a perfect private get away for my off-peak season visit. Instructions and a wealth of material regarding the island and amenities were readily available. The beach is just steps away which is ideal in the summer months. The indoor pool and hot tub were a bonus!!

Steve was great! Quick to respond to every question! The place is kinda small but there were only two of us. We only stayed for two nights as well so it was just fine. The location facing the beach is what makes it all worthwhile. Updates inside are good. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to have what you would need. Great stay for us!

Erin’s place was wonderful. I have stayed at countless Air BnBs around the world and this was one of the best ever. We have stayed at five different places at Palmetto Dunes and this was clearly the best. Erin was very helpful and responsive. I recommend her place for anyone with no hesitation!
