Holiday rentals with beach access in Kiahuna Beach

Fantastic Stay in Kauai! Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal—close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The space itself was just the right size, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels, which made our beach days even better. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches truly enhanced our experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai!

1000% will stay here again! My husband and I had the most amazing week here. We wish we would have stayed longer. This condo is totally worth every penny. AMAZING location, love the resort. We walked/ran through the golf course every morning. 360 views everywhere you looked. The condo had plenty beach chairs, small cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear. The host was very responsive and had plenty of amenities available for you. We played pickleball one day. This truly is a gem of a place and we will definitely be back next year. The restaurants at the resort are delicious! Small kitchenette made breakfast/lunch easy to accomplish. The host was VERY responsive and provided helpful instructions and recommendations. BOOK IT!! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautifully remolded townhome with a picture perfect view! Well stocked with thoughtful amenities and very clean - a great find in Princeville.

We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood. It is very walkable to surrounding beaches and the Princeville walking path. Plus, neighbors put out their surplus fruit for us to take home and eat.

Roz was one the most responsive host I’ve ever had in a short term state rental. She went above and beyond to try to meet my needs, and I knew she had my back. Nothing went wrong with the unit, but had it, I knew that she would have taken care of it immediately. Thank you for an excellent day at a beautiful location!

We split our week long trip between the Grand Hyatt (2 days) and the KoolKondo for another 4 days. We had a meeting at the Grand Hyatt, but also wanted access to their pool and water slides for the kids. This we were able to accomplish for 3 days before checking into the KoolKondo, and then enjoyed the spacious oceanfront lodging. I loved going to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves in the background. We liked everything about the place.

The location was perfect! Tucked away in a sweet neighborhood 2 min walk to a gorgeous beach, 5 min to natural food store and whole town with lots of food and boutiques, 10 minutes to farmers market, gorgeous Mountain views. Devaki was super sweet and caring, place was simple and clean and just what you need. She isn’t like most airbnbs where they have a huge checklist of things to do at checkout, we didn’t have to do a single thing! The only thing that was somewhat of an issue was the neighbors, the neighbors stayed up until midnight both nights or our stay outside just enjoying themselves as they rightfully can do, but from where they’re sitting to where our head is when sleeping is max 15 feet. So even with windows shut and rain sounds playing on my phone it was quite loud from about 7-12pm so if you’re a night own no problem! But if you’re an early sleeper it was a bit bothersome, it didn’t keep us awake but it woke us up multiple times. Other than that everything was great:)

Kauai is a beautiful place and staying in Diana's home made the trip even more enjoyable. Her home is beautiful, well maintained, and just lovely. It was a perfect set up for our family. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which after a long day at the beach when everyone needed to clean up and wind down was perfect!

Island coffee and fresh pineapple for breakfast, sunrise in the cabana and a run aling the bike path on the first morning and it only got better from there. Thanks Ellen!

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, blending, etc. Bathrooms were sparkling clean (could have used more toilet tissue) We loved the view and having the surf right across the street. Would definitely recommend this property to groups or families.

Our family felt right at home, thanks to Donna! It was comfortable and clean, and really ended up being exactly how she described! We will definitely reach out to Donna next time we're coming to Kauai!

We loved our stay at Liz’s home in Kapa’a. The location was superb (even better than described in the listing). It was easily walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house itself is quaint and decked out in bamboo, so you really feel like you’re in Hawaii. We appreciated borrowing the cooler for taking beverages along on our day trips. And we were pleasantly surprised that the WiFi was strong and constant, which made it easy to work a bit, when necessary (many other places we’ve stayed in Kauai did not have consistent WiFi). All in all, it was a great stay and we hope to return one day. Aloha and Mahalo.

The home is beautiful!! We loved spending time in the “tree house” ( third floor) Windows all around the family room and kitchen. Loved having the chairs and boogie boards too. Kurt was great and we would come back!. Thank you so much 🌺

Carolyn’s place is very comfortable. The location right across the beach is unbeatable. We got to see the full moon rising over the ocean. Walking/biking path in front is convenient whether you want to go for an easy stroll, a jog or a several mile long walk. There are restaurants in the area as well as a large Safeway and a couple of farmers markets as well. The condo was exactly as described; extremely clean and offered everything you might need. You can explore all of the island from there; we enjoyed using the Shaka App for an audio guide. Carolyn responded quickly when we had a question. We would definitely like to come back!

Location is fantastic - beautiful water view and what felt like a private walkway to the beach. We enjoyed watching surfers while lounging on the patio. We liked that the pizza restaurant was nearby (although we didn't end up eating there) because it meant we could just hop over for food if we ran out of time to plan dinner. The kitchen is an apartment kitchen and a bit older, but we were able to make dinner in one night without problem. If you plan to eat out then it's no problem at all. The bathrooms and showers are sizeable. We liked that the house came with dual masters and each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom which allowed for privacy.

Great place to enjoy Christmas and celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the lanai with ocean views and that you could walk 15-20 min to many restaurants and Poipu beach.

The location and the view were incredible. Allison was very thoughtful and helpful in providing information before and during our stay.

Location was good. Apartment had everything we needed. Communication with Kaz was clear and helpful. We had a great stay here.

My family loved staying here. It really was perfect for us. The only things I didn’t like are beyond Luisa’s control. I didn’t like that it was on the 3rd floor and I didn’t like that it wasn’t on the beach! Ha! Otherwise it was a very clean and beautiful little apartment!

We enjoyed our very brief stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Clean, and comfortable. Host was available as needed. Nothing was out of place. Easy access and thoughtful, even things like having a parking pass ready in the room for us upon arrival.
