Mai is a very attentive host and has made sure we were comfortable, there was an issue regarding noise however Mai moved us to a better apartment and compensated us with vouchers which was very kind of her, i would recommend staying here as it was good value for money too and has a lot of amenities.

Set in a peaceful area of Hanoi, this was a really nice relaxing stay. The apartment is really tastefully designed with big windows and high ceilings. communication with the host was prompt and easy. The bed is comfortable, a bit on the hard side but I personally like that. Nice touches throughout such as purifiedwater and netflix projector. Definate value for money x

Neru place is absolutely beautiful! The house is well-designed, clean, and very comfortable. The view is breathtaking, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend to any guest looking for a fantastic experience!

Located in an unassuming street, it's a very peaceful home. The scenery from the window is beautiful too. It's a hidden gem for sure and those who love green spaces will definitely love it for sure.

Great communication, not loud pace (easy to sleep), good mattress. They allowed to keep our luggage a few days between our stays, very thankful for that. Shower is small.

Hannah is the best Airbnb host I have ever had. I have been renting her apartment long-term, and without a doubt she is the most attentive landlord. She ALWAYS responds to my messages in such a quick manner, and she is always willing to help me with anything I ask. Hannah’s home has truly felt like my home away from home

OK, I'm from London and I am currently still staying in this airbnb and have been for the last two months. The area is ocean park and I love it because there are really nice places to go walking and its a little more chilled then busy areas. I personally love staying in this airbnb because the host is very very helpful, you can message her anytime and she will literally always try to help. I’ve asked many things and she's always came through for me which I love.  The apartment is lovely and very clean, its very modern and I would actually say its even nicer in person. The building has a pool at the top which is usually very quiet and theres a gym literally in the building behind which you have access to. There some other facilities as well but I mostly use those.  There's an oven, washing machine and pots etc to cook with. I also found a very nice reformer pilates studio and gym around the corner (hyperfit).  There is a receptionist so its also safe and lifts are super quick.

A wonderful spacious accommodation where you can spend a week. About a 15-minute walk from the lively city center, so we could make new experiences on every walk. Communication with host and his prompt response + service wonderful. Thank you very much.
