Absolutely beautiful. The house and the grounds are very well kept. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We will be back very soon. Thanks again for the best stay.

We staid one month in the house. Working 2 weeks and had 2 weeks off. I had daily Teams calls for work and the internet connection was strong and stable. During the month we 3-4 power cuts, but they last only for 2-3 minutes and every time the internet was back working again without any problems. The location is very rural, but there are many small restaurants in the area. We hardly locked the doors while we were there - really a save environment. The gated community is great and beautiful looked after, the water quality of community pool (salt water) is checked daily. Wonderful full place with a very responsive owner.

This beachfront villa is perfect for friends and family. There are a variety of activities to enjoy within the villa, including a pool, volleyball, golf putting, and more. Personally, I love the theatre room. All the rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer great views. The breakfasts are excellent, and the staff are nice and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Can't beat the location - right on the beach! Can't beat the price - very affordable! Host was kind and helpful in returning our charger after we accidentally left it behind.

Lovely quiet spot on a simple stretch of beach. The area is quite safe and the expats in the area seem to be largely Swedish retirees. There is a quaint national park adjacent to the community.

This was our 2nd stay at Helena's beach house. It was private, relaxing, peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed as a break from busy Bangkok. We love the little restaurant down the beach, and enjoyed playing in the ocean right behind the house. We also enjoyed the pool and fitness room. We were comfortable and well taken care of! I'm sure we will stay again!

Nice and quiet place really good for our family ! The place is clean, equipped with kitchen utensils, karaoke, and in front of the house. The sea view looks like it has its own private beach. You can stay but the house is all day long. No bored activities. Perfect for a group of friends and families who want to come for a real getaway. 👍🏻🌴🌊

This villa is absolutely spectacular. It’s perfectly located in Kuiburi beach , with easy access to Kuiburi national park , Huahin town 30 mins , and other points of interest via car . From the moment we arrived, MIND welcomed us like family, and their warmth continued throughout our stay. They are genuinely kind and humble people who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Everything as described and shown; this is a quiet little neighborhood of about 8 homes arranged around a shared pool, and facing the beach/ocean. It is very quiet and chill; not for those who are looking for a party scene for sure. The restaurant down the beach does a great job with Thai standards, and in the other direction, a sprinkling of beachside stalls offer refreshments, snacks, and loungers. There is plenty to see/visit within an hour dirve in any direction and we particularly liked Ban Krood. The property is simple but as described. Wifi is strong enough for video calls but comes and goes and only 2.4 is provided despite a 5 gHz being listed. A few things 'missing' that we normally expect: drinking water (or at least more than two small bottles to start given the proximity of convenience stores). When tap water is not potable, our experience has been owners ensure a supply of drinking water. We didn't cook, but were desperately missing a Cork Screw.

Such an incredible place. I came here with my husband and parents and had three magical days at Alexis house. Swimming each morning at sunrise followed by breakfast cooked for us by Madam Noy. The rest of our meals we ate at the restaurant a minutes walk along the beach which was so delicious! Alexis was super responsive to all our questions and requests and Noy also arranged a tuktuk for us to the market and town 10mins away which was great to see. Thank you Alexis! We hope to come back ASAP!
