The place and surrounding is so cozy. It’s also cold in the morning which we are much appreciated. The staff is so nice and friendly and supportive. We felt their warm welcome. The host is so nice and provide good local recommendations as well. We definitely return again.

Close to the National Park entrance and within the Park Guide pick up zone - excellent value for our large family. We loved the pool, the balconies and the bathrooms. The place is very secure and only our family had access to the stairwell. Well equipped kitchen and great wifi. Maid helped us settle in and communication with owner was outstanding. Quick walk to restaurants, supermarket etc we really enjoyed our stay here.

Victors place was great. Some wildlife right outside the balcony. Close to the national park. You will need a scooter or car to get around. Victor was a massive help with connecting us with a great ride service from the train drop off point to the air bnb and surprisingly back to Bangkok as well. Would stay again. Thanks for everything!

The space was nice and clean, just like the pictures. The housekeeper took great care of it. Since I stayed during the concert, there was a lot of traffic, so it was later than the check-in time I called. The housekeeper waited to open the door for you.

K. Piyathida wasnt just an amazing host but a super friendly, polite and understanding person too. She's always there when we needed something. The house is perfect for families or a group of close friends who wish to stay and have a quality time together in Khao Yai. Beautiful views from balconies and rooftop terrace. Kitchen is properly equipped. We had a simple bbq evening at the beautiful backyard. Great time! Our group aged from 2 to 81, a total 10 pax, I can only say everyone enjoyed staying in without needing to go anywhere. Thanks again K. Piyathida!

The place was lovely, perfect for our family of 6 adults and a toddler. Sineenat is very very responsive and helpful to all our queries. The rooms and livibg space were great. We had fun singing karaoke and playing pool. the balcony and backyard is very nice too ( would have been perfect if the weather isn't too cold and we could do a BBQ) It's located within a quiet estate but once out onto the main road, it's near to many restaurants and convenience stores. Good place to stay while we visit the many attractions of Khao Yai. Would recommend it!

Very lovely and friendly host. Place in prestine condition - great for big group getaway. It's tucked away privately and we had a peaceful long weekend. Full of equipments and amenities. Roughly 3kms to the closest convenient stores. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Would definitely recommend and will definitely choose this place again next time we're in Khaoyai
