Holiday houses in Kheli Harbour

I highly, highly recommend the place, great contact, very good WiFi, close to the center, great restaurants right next door, easy access to the rocks, the beach in Plaka nearby. We will definitely come again, it is a place with a wonderful atmosphere :)

The house is tastefully decorated with 2 terraces that offer a wonderful view. Since we were in the house in the low season, we had the facility almost to ourselves and it was wonderfully quiet. We almost always had the pool for exclusive use and we were often alone on the beach. In the neighboring village there was a very good bakery with great homemade ice cream varieties and small and large supermarkets.

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautifully decorated and very practical to stay. Because there are windows everywhere, the living room/kitchen is very nice and bright. The roof terrace is ideal and has both sun and shade. The kitchen was very nice to cook in, the bed great for sleeping and the bathrooms perfect. The house is located in a very nice part of Spetses, with an old harbor and a nice short walk to the beach or the water. Nicholas was very flexible and had good tips, for example how we could rent a scooter. 100% recommended!

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the pool and the area near the vila! Zef was very responsive, and helped us with whatever we needed. The area around the house is beautiful, liked Tolo and the beaches around. Will definitely come again! :)

The flat is very close to the sea. We slept and woke up with the sound of the sea. In front of the flat there is unique scenery, crystal clear sea and a dormant volcano. Quiet area and breathtaking views. About 7 minutes walk you get to a beautiful beach with turquoise sea and there is a family-run taverna a few steps away. Yannick was friendly, proactive in responding to all our needs and gave us lots of useful advice. I approve.

If I could give 6 or 7 stars, I would! This is such a perfect house, right on the sea, with a private beach in turquoise waters. If you're lucky, you can see the dolphins swim by. There's a small village nearby you can walk to with good restaurants and some basic stores (it's a 10mn drive to the next supermarket in Astros). Your can even swim there! It's so peaceful and relaxing. The house has everything you'd need, it's clean and the host is eager to help. We left, but we'd love to come back.
