Beachfront holiday rental in Khao Takiab beach

This is a family trip which we spend lots of time looking for the place. Im so glad we found this place which fits perfectly for what we were looking for. The place is roomy, and all facilities work perfectly especially the aircon and water pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large dining table is a great place to gather around. The area is very peaceful however you will need a car to get around. My son asked if we can stay longer. 😊

The villa is nice, right on the sea, but quite tired. Overall, everything is alright. Pluses include a lot of space, a slide, a simple access to the beach. Among the disadvantages - ants, a lot of insects on the street, you can say there is no grill.

Charming Thai colonial style beachfront pool villa. Very nice location away from the crowd. Host (Chonnikan) was great to communicate with and check in was easy as I was greeted by a most welcoming housekeeper (Pui). Has everything you would need for a getaway. 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Outdoor kitchen for barbecues, pool table and to top it off, an awesome view of the ocean while lounging right by your own private pool. I would highly recommend this spacious home especially for large families.

We stayed at juns place for a week. The villa is very private and kept super clean . The pool is nice too. It is an amazing place to stay because of the beautiful beach surrounding the place . The host was very helpful and respsonded immediately for our requests . Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again .

Very nice and cozy apartment with all necessary facilities. The complex had many swimming pools which was very kid friendly. It was mostly high tides when we went so there wasn’t much of a beach front infront of the apartment complex, but it was walking distance to the Sheraton Hotel.. which had a big beachfront in the evenings. Nitcharee was very responsive from before check in, all the while during our stay, and up to check out. She facilitated us with extra amenities when needed as well . Great place, great host, highly recommend!

Good location, not far from the town and very peaceful. The room is big and clean. Definitely will come back if I have a chance

Perfect for a quiet weekend on the beach.

My family spent three awesome days in Huahin and we loved the place. Condo is very quiet. Excellent stay for families who appreciate slow rest. There are two beautiful restaurants in 5 min walk with stunning sea view.

Really lovely location, the views of the beach and landmarks were amazing. The staff at the apartment block were really helpful abd friendly. Lucksamon was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome.

I had a very comfortable stay. The description is accurate, it's a studio, so not too big but very functional, and plenty of space for suitcases and clothes. A rather spacious bathroom however with a big shower. I was off tourist season so that may help, but it's clearly a quiet building, well insulated, and the few people around seemed to have a good time doing their work in the lobbies around the swimming pool. So a nice, quiet, studious vibe, I would say. The pool is great. I'm a swimmer and I need a minimum size to be happy, and I was often alone in the pool. So very satisfied with that. The kitchen's ustensils need an upgrade, but that's my general experience in Thailand. The cuisine is so delicious and varied, I understand not many people can be bothered to cook! So BnBs don't give you the right stuff to cook with, sadly. But Europeans need to cook a little and the landlord could make western tourists very happy by just adding a few things.

The room was clean and I had a calm stay. The owner was very responsive and had the best response.

We had a great stay. The apartment is well equipped and very nice. We cooked meals every day and had everything we needed, and ate on the balcony. The property is great, with many pools and great facilities, right on the beach. It was also very quiet during our stay (March) which was nice. We rented a motorbike to get around and explore, but Grab is also available. The town of Huahin is a 15 min drive with large malls and supermarkets. There are limited walkable options, but things like 7-11, a few small restaurants, and a local market on wed/sun are within 10-15 minute walk.

We had an excellent stay. The room is on the 4th floor,. which allows for a lovely sea breeze and fresh air. While the view doesn’t face the sea, it’s compensated by the beautiful swimming pool. And have both chair and coach for sea view. The service from the juristic person was outstanding, with a golf cart provided for check-in and check-out, making it very convenient. The room is almost mint and in great condition, equipped with all the daily necessities, making it feel just like home. Since we were just two people, it was very comfortable with separate 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . I was really impressed and will definitely return next time. Cherie, the host, took great care of us, truly deserving of being called a superhost.

The property and pools are large and lush and well cared for. Some pool loungers and all umbrellas need to be replaced. Location and access to the beach are perfect. The condo looks like it is portrayed in the pictures. It is well stocked and has pretty much everything you will need. The couch and bed are comfortable. The kitchen is showing it’s age. Vanessa was very easy to communicate with and responded to any issues immediately. A great place to spend a few weeks in Thailand.

Great to stay here, big house, private pool and BBQ/cooking area. Very responsive and helpful host. Also helpful that there is a maid there most days until 5 pm. Short walk to the beach.

Wonderful apartment. One of the best we have seen. Very clean, very spacious, has everything you need for living and even more. A huge amount of dishes, including children's. Microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 TVs, high-speed Internet. 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, which is certainly a huge bonus. There is also a gym and sauna. The sea is a few minutes' walk from the Condo. Also within walking distance of 7/11 and street food and fruit stalls. The hostess is a very nice girl, she answered questions instantly. The Condo administrators are also very friendly and sociable. In general, these were unforgettable 4 days of our stay. 100% we will come back again! Thank you. Замечательная квартира. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

We loved staying at Chere’s place. The apartment is spacious, clean and has the most amazing view over the pool and sea! The location is very central and the complex is very well maintained! Our kids loved to play in the pool and the fact that you can easily walk to different restaurants over the beach. Would certainly recommend!

Amazing place and people ! We have enjoyed our stay and had amazing homemade food we felt was made with love. All the little attentions, complimentary cakes and infusions before bed, made it even more enjoyable. Great run lodge by Node and his team who was incredibly responsive and helpful all along our stay. Special mention to you Champ who did the best to take care of us ;)

This was a second visit at Jason's condo. Location is excellent, the apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Kae was very responsive and she actually bought a grill for us when she did not need to! She made sure that we had everything we needed. She is one of the best host we had experienced through Airbnb because of her unmatched hospitality. I will stay here again if the opportunity comes up again.

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.
