The Villa is Amazing Nice Pool to the Beach only 2 min Nice Villa complex if u need anything they will help you directly! One thing it’s very Bad I forgott my 2 expensive Shirts in the wardrobe and they told me they are Not there so anyone from the hotel staff stole it that’s Not Nice but all the Rest was very nice and Perfect.

What an amazing house! Wonderful! And the host is extremely friendly and helps you with everything. We even went into the woods together and went to the zoo! Despite the bad weather, we had a very pleasant stay as a family! Wow! It is very remote so be prepared for that. But fortunately everything you need is or within easy reach in the small restaurant/shop next door. And otherwise Hoàng Huy and his wife will help you! Absolutely amazing!

Perfect room. Great amenities and excellent views, in a central location that is walking distance within everything, close to the beach, and easy to find at all times. Highly recommend.

The apartment has a magnificent sea view, has a lot of spaces and the building is quite new. The host is very responsive and responsible. Technology equipments work well and new. However, the bathroom, the blanket in the bedroom and the front door has an unpleasant smell (I guess due to moisture). The floor feels a bit crusty and sandy when we first checked-in. Other than that, my staying was pleasant :)

I recommend this apartment to everyone. Linh and Khanh were very responsive. They provided information quickly to questions before booking. Check-in is usually self-check-in, but I was worried, so when I asked, two people came to meet me and explain the room. They were also quick to respond to some of our requests during our stay. The location is great, right next to the famous Dom Market, and there are lots of cheap and delicious restaurants nearby that locals go to. It is also about a 15-minute walk to the supermarket Lotte Mart and the Nya Chan Center. There is also a view of the sea from the bedroom, and the view from the veranda is also the best. The facilities were still new and the dishes and bedding were very clean. The only regret was that the cloudy days continued and I couldn't fully enjoy the best views. Next time I'd like to come in a season when the weather is more stable.

Very central location for restaurants, etc.There are frequent events at the nearby plaza to watch from the balcony, but you have to be ready for the music they play.

I stayed for 2 nights and the view was great and the pool was great. The host was waiting for me to check in at 12:00 and gave me an immediate response~ I used the kitchen facilities well. Thank you

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

this is a wonderful apartment overlooking the mountains and sunsets. very spacious and comfortable. there is everything you need for a long stay, even with a small fridge it was comfortable. Great location of the complex, there is everything you may need around. We really liked it here and we noticed that the neighboring rooms are much easier, we are very lucky that we found this option.

The Amelia Apartment is very nice and comfortable to stay. Quiet area. A lot of sunlight in the room. Kitchen has everything to cook your own food. Comfortable bed. The photos match the real apartment. The host is always responsive and helpful. Definitely we will come back to this place. Recommended.
