Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Khan-Uul District

The apartment is very spacious and warm. It’s a walking distance from Ulaanbaatar’s main square and there is a small grocery store in the next building. Also, it was such a relief to have a parking space so you don’t have to worry where to leave your car. We felt like home, my mom loved Melody’s plants 😍 The hosts were responsive and flexible with our check in and check out hours. We had to leave very early for the airport, Bayar came to take the keys. Thank you, bayarlala.

It was my first time in Mongolia. The country, its people and Odgerel made the experience wonderful. Everything was as described. Her house was clean, large and more than comfortable enough for us (we were two guys, each with our own room). When there were minor setbacks, she responded promptly. I didn't know that the government cut off the hot water for periodic maintenance. She not only informed us before, but offered to give up the reservation. We refused because it was further proof of her honesty. I definitely would recommend Odgerel and her apartment. Thank you for everything!

It was convenient to unload luggage using the underground parking lot with detailed instructions at check-in, and there are three grocery stores connected to the underground parking lot, so it is very easy to shop. The location is also close to the city center, and there are E-Mart, Tour Les Jours, Mom's Touch, and Tom & Toms nearby, so it's good to stay comfortably.

The location is in the center of the city, so it's easy to walk to everything. There are many shopping and dining options around the property. Surag is really friendly and responds to questions very quickly. This building is one of the first buildings in the city, so it is a historical building. However, the interior is modern and I liked the fact that there were historical photographs hanging in the corridors.

The location is very good because the state department store is near and some convenience stores and restaurants are also located near there. The main gate is locked, so sefety is secured. The kitchen is small but I enjoyed cooking without any problems. Refrigerator is family size, microwave, rice cooker, laundry machine and clotheshorse are also available. All facilities works well and have no problems.

This is an amazing apartment in Ulaanbaator. Absolutely perfect Great Building, nice Mongolian style inside. If you walk, everything is near and around. Goyo is an excellent host. Thank you very much for your hospitality and patience to make my Mongolian experience as a unique story in my life. Hope to come back one day.

very nice studio clean and convenient

This apartment is palatial, spartan and peaceful. Located in a residential area milling with focused students on their way to and from the nearby university buildings. The main attractions of the city are all accessible walking distance from here. Byamba is a very helpful and friendly host and his cleaning lady was a treasure for holding a parking space for me before I arrived!

We enjoyed our stay here, Tanan was very welcoming and informative, and arranged to have a van and driver meet our group at the airport for pickup, for a fair price. He also gave recommendations for good restaurants in the city. The apartment was newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It was clean and well furnished, with a well outfitted kitchen and cooking implements. The apartment building is located within a block of Emart, which was very convenient for shopping. Occasionally, an odor of cigarette smoke could be smelled in the bathrooms, likely from an adjacent apartment. We enjoyed our stay here and it helped make our time UB enjoyable.
