Sarin and Chef Nak were absolutely fantastic hosts! They were super responsive, told us which places to visit within Phnom Penh and also helped us hire a car to get around. One thing to note is that if you plan to go into the city often, the journey can take around 45 mins to an hour, given that the car has to cross a stretch of water by boat ($2 each way). In conversation, we mentioned to Sarin and Chef Nak that we are vegetarian and they were so considerate that they helped us buy fresh vegetables and even prepared a lovely welcome breakfast. Their place was perfect for a short and relaxing getaway, and the house itself was stunning. The only slight drawback was due to the heaters being solar powered, we didn’t really get much hot water for showers. All in all we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Sarin and Chef Nak :)

We will definitely come to Ly’s apartment again. This executive level apartment was terrific in every respect. Clean, tidy, spacious, airy and with all the amenities we needed. Staff on reception were very friendly and responsive as was Ly. The restaurant on the ground floor was absolutely terrific with some great choices, including vegetarian. The location was perfect too. Easy walks to the river, the palace and other attractions. On an additional note we found a Tuk Tuk Driver(Mr Bunny) recommended on Trip Advisor. He was a star. Smiling, friendly, accommodating, he was always punctual and on hand to take us places if we asked. Despite the warnings we’d had about petty crime in the city, as with all the cities in Vietnam and Cambodia, we never once felt at risk. We walk endlessly, sometimes 10kms a day and Phnom Penh, and this apartment’s location was perfect for that. All round, a truly excellent stay.

Philip is a truly great host. He’s easy to contact and he is very responsive. Check-in super easy. The place is huge and has private entry. This is my second stay at Philip’s place. His place is spacious, clean, in a great location, and a great value for the money. I highly recommend staying here.

This one-bedroom Airbnb in Cambodia was a delightful surprise! Despite being far from New York, it had an Upper East Side feel—elegant, cozy, and stylish. The decor was chic and timeless. The apartment was quiet and well-located, offering easy access to markets, restaurants, and cultural spots. The security guard was welcoming and attentive, making it a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a classic, serene escape!

He went out of his way to help us. he was always very responsive. he was very helpful to us getting into the apartment late at night, by engaging the neighbors to make sure that we have access to apartment.

Hanna’s and Juan’s place is great felt like home. If you look to get away from the chaos of Phnom Penh center, hosts were very helpful and attentive to any of our needs, they had lots of recommendations for places to see and places to eat. If you look for a quite getaway this place is perfect. Thank you for your hospitality.

A nice new building with a good layout. My kids loved the small pool and the main pools were clean and well looked after. Apartment was clean and in good order with everything we needed. The location is just outside the main tourist part so it was a little quieter but only a quick Tuk Tuk away for just over a dollar ( you could easily walk but I had three kids with me).

Nice loft apartment in a quieter area of Phnom Penh. You don't hear the street noise from the 16th floor apartment, and there is a nice city view and cool breeze that comes in at this height. There are some decent markets a short walk away, and whatever else we wanted to do was a fairly cheap tuk tuk ride away. The roof top pool was nice, but the gym equipment is honestly quite poor. This was not a big deal as there is a very nice professional gym just down the street that only charges 6000 Riel for a day pass. The electricity for the apartment was cheap, only 21000 real for the week we were there, but the deposit system is not so convenient, maybe consider using the airbnb deposit system instead of having to leave cash then arrange to get money back on departure. Over all really great stay, we will return next time we are in the city.

A beautiful apartment with all amenities needed and shown like on the pictures. The highlight is the swimming-pool on 42nd floor. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for two nights as it was close to a friend’s wedding venue, and it was a perfect choice. The place had all the necessary amenities and was clean and comfortable. Sunly was very responsive, proactive, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

The condo was easily accessible to get to and to Grab taxi and food. The neighborhood and building was quiet all day during the week and music outside only during the day on weekends. Wi-fi worked great. Bed very comfortable. The best A/C I had the whole trip. Beautiful river view. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely stay! Kagnara has made such a welcoming space and we felt really at home here. Sometimes it's the little things and this place has them all! Responsive host who greats you personally at check in and takes you to the apartment. Place as described and is comfortable with AC, fan, washing machine and a lovely little balcony. Location is right next to the night market and a short walk from the Palace.
