Waterfront holiday rentals in Keystone

We loved staying here and definitely would stay here again. There place is right on a river. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the water. There is also a walking path right there so it was easy to walk to restaurants. The house is well equipped to make cooking there easy if you like to do that. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is right outside there place which was convenient after hiking all day. Chris was very responsive to questions and check in/out was very easy.

We are avid skiers and this was the first time we opted to stay in Silverthorne instead of Breckenridge or Vail. Shannon’s place gave us far more value for money than any place we’ve stayed elsewhere. Everything in the unit is up-to-date, and there is plenty of space for a family of 3 to all sleep in their own (non-sofa) beds. Highly recommend!

Great place in Frisco with beautiful views of Lake Dillon and the Tenmile Range. Location is great, as it's an easy drive to all the ski resorts and very close to Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne. We'll definitely plan to stay here again!

Jesse was the perfect host. Responsive, helpful and the place was great. We had an excellent stay and Jesse made it super easy.

The condo is beautiful,clean and cozy. It’s in a wonderful location with amazing views all around. I highly recommend especially if you have little ones!

We had a wonderful time at Michael’s place! It was such a perfect location for us to skiing at both Breckenridge and Keystone. The location and views were perfect, the place was spotless, and the amenities (hot tub) were such a wonderful perk! If we could have moved into the place, we would have! The only thing to be mindful of is that the listing says there is Keurig for coffee, however, it is a standard coffee pot. So if you plan to bring your own coffee just make sure you have a bag of grounds instead of K-cups. Otherwise everything else was perfect and we highly recommend this spot!

Our stay in Dillon, CO, at Rae’s condo was everything we expected. The view of Lake Dillon was spectacular even in the winter. I would like to return in the summer so I could sit outside on the deck and soak in the view to my heart’s content! The condo was spotlessly clean and welcoming. We have rented AirBnB properties all over the US and Europe, but I have never been in one that was so well stocked with dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. If anyone is interested in spending time in mountains, Rae’s condo is the perfect location.

Russ’s place was amazingly convenient and so comfortable for our family of 5. The place is super modern and new, with comfy beds and pillows. Russ was flexible with check out time which was great. This was one of the best rentals we’ve found for convenience, price, size etc.

All of my friends and I had a great time at this place lots of places to travel to and around the area the locals are very nice and friendly as well ask them anything and they usually answer any questions you have. Great view at night even if it’s dark as long as you enjoy nature.

Ryan's home was an absolutely perfect spot for our family's weekend getaway. Close to so many great restaurants, breweries, ski resorts and shopping - the walkable location couldn't be more perfect. We all felt comfortable and the home was very well appointed. Ryan was flexible and communicative and we are looking forward to our next stay here.

We were lucky enough to stay at Alex’s during a blizzard, fulfilling the “snowy, secluded cabin in the woods” vibe we wished for, but didn’t think we’d get when we booked months ago. The space was clean and homey, the beds were soft, and we had all the amenities we needed, including many streaming services to hunker down and cuddle up with at the end of the night. There was even a shovel to help us dig our car out when we had to make a grocery store run, haha.

We had a fantastic time at Kerry’s home in Frisco! The pictures simply do not do the property justice - we loved the high ceilings in the living room along with the hand carved wooden beams throughout the home. The back porch with its hot tub and view made for the perfect relaxation spot after a long day of skiing. We truly felt so at peace hanging out on the porch and despite having adjacent neighbors, it was very quiet. Under 15min drive to Copper and almost as close to A-Basin. Can’t beat it! While Kerry was fantastic, the property manager was a bit difficult to work with. It felt as though each message we received was fully automated from a bot. We asked to check-in 30min early and were told no. We asked for 11am checkout, were also told no, and cleaners were at the house by 9:45am waiting. Tightly run shop! Regardless, we couldn’t recommend this place enough. Perfect spot.

Our group of 12 loved this spot. It was tucked in off of the road, and yet very easy to find and get to. We especially enjoyed the large dining room table that we were able to eat around. The spaces were very nice, and the atmosphere was cozy. The only downside was while we were there, the water heater was acting a little funky, and there was on and off hot water. Thankfully, the host came by with the plumber and was working on fixing the problem when we left. Thankfully you so much for a good time!

Great place to book. Real close to keystone ski area. I would stay here again.

Our family was looking for a house in Frisco for our ski vacation. We found this listing and saw that it was dog friendly. The house fit our needs perfectly! We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 4 nights in October and used Alison’s condo as a base for exploring local hiking routes. The condo was spotless, fresh and spacious. Favourite sleeping room was the windowed bedroom off the living room. You could see peaks and the night sky through the many windows. A really great base and so easy to walk to the main drag in Frisco. Highly recommend. Thank you, Allison and family!

Jill’s place was great! Close to restaurants and shopping and only 15 min from Keystone. A prefect spot for our family ski trip.

The apartment was very clean, well stocked, and in great condition. Communication and instructions from Joy were excellent. The pool and hot tub area are well maintained. It’s a very short drive to Keystone. I would definitely stay there again.

Terrific condo that checks all the boxes for a wonderful holiday. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious modern decor. Convenient location. One of the finest rentals we’ve had. If you’re looking for a condo in the Frisco area, look no further.

I stayed here while attending an event at the conference center. The condo was clean, felt like home, and super convenient location wise for my needs. I highly recommend staying here!

Jon was an incredible host and his home was perfect! He is very responsive and was very helpful in terms of where to rent, how to get there, and any other questions we had. It is about a 5min-10min walk to the Peru lift if Keystone resort and we rented from the west mount house if anyone is looking to go this route.

The unit was just as advertised and a great deal for the location. Larger units this close to the slopes are uniformly more expensive. I'm more than willing to sacrifice a little space for the convenience of parking the car for the week and walking to the slopes every morning. There was plenty of space for the five of us and our gear as long as you put everything in its place. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, having two full bathrooms was awesome, and beds were comfy. Restaurants and lifts were a short walk away, though there is room in there unit to store skis I suggest using the overnight ski check at the gondola to free up space and to lighten your load in the morning. All and all, thanks to Mark for the great stay! I felt I received just what I was expecting. My only recommendation would be adding a few more forks and spoons to the silverware drawer!

I cannot wait to return! Super cozy condo with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, amazing location to ski nearby mountains, and quiet and safe! In addition, had to make last-minute arrival adjustments due to a local snow storm and the host was so flexible. This may be my favorite Airbnb to date :)
