Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ketchum

We loved our stay! The house is comfortable, extremely well-equipped and welcoming, as only a family home can be. I've stayed in so many soulless Airbnbs; this one feels like a house that is loved by its owners and shared with guests. The neighborhood, a short drive from town, is beautiful and the proximity to the walking/biking trail can't be beat. The only thing marring our vacation was the fire which was burning near Redfish Lake and sending smoke into the valley. I love the Sawtooth Range, but did not get to see much of it this week.

Andrew's condo was the perfect spot to call home to enjoy Sun Valley! Cozy and off the beaten path, but a quick walk to the grocery store and restaurants. A few notable plusses...the condo has everything you need to cook in, we loved the easy-on gas fireplace to add to the coziness, the beds are very comfortable, awesome to have access to the garage for gear, easy driveway parking and loved having laundry. Location is unbeatable...easy steps to a groomed cross country/walking trail...a little bit farther and you are at the mountain for a nice walk or cross country ski. For lift service skiing, it was a bit easier to hop in the car with equipment for a short 5 min drive with easy parking. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Hands down, one of the best Airbnb's we've every stayed in! It was extremely clean and well thought out! The level of detail for anything you could imagine needing was above and beyond. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be back when we come to the area again. Thank you for one of our best stays!

Our initial booking for our trip was cancelled the night before we were to get there, which is when we found John's place, booking at 10 PM the day before check in. John's place was wonderful in that we felt right at home. It was a perfect location for skiing, convenient to get to the hill but also in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Ketchum. The kitchen was great and well stocked, more like a home than a usual vacation rental and comfortable beds and bathrooms with nice touches like Sonos speakers and such. Overall we would 100% stay here again in the future and look forward to doing so.

We had a great time staying here for my husband’s 30th birthday. A great weekend, beautiful home, and beautiful town. Would recommend to all!

Beautiful, quality home and location! Our family was very comfortable. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Everything was clean and the kitchen stocked with things that you might need for cooking. There was a fun game room in the garage. Gorgeous view from the porch! We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great location - our family was staying right next to us, and we were able to walk to River Run or quickly drive. Good setup for us with two kids and my parents.

We loved staying at Linley’s! Perfect space for us and 2 pups. Easy access to town and xc ski trails. The apartment has everything you need to make coffee and cook at home. The fireplace was very cozy!

Everything was as described, convenient and comfortable. Only downside is no WiFi and the TV HDMI connection to my laptop didn't work so couldn't stream via my phone hotspot. The location made that a minor annoyance.

Location, location, location. This property is VERY close to the skiing! Cute, clean, bathrooms were modern! Robin was very responsive. Great place. If I had to give a suggestion, I’d ask for a book on instructions that would include Tv operations, best restaurants, coffee shops, work out facility(YMCA) but that’s pretty far down on the suggestions list. Instructions for entry and storage were spot on. Would definitely rent this place again.

Everything was as advertised. We enjoy the proximity to local restaurants, grocery store and the Wood River Trail. We would stay again.

Great location in the center of town. 5 minute bus ride to Bald mountain for skiing. Definitely worth the cost. Jim and Karin were very accommodating.

Great location with the ability to walk to everything in downtown Ketchum which was a huge benefit. We had a lot of snow while we were there and the community did a great job of plowing the driveways and roads inside the complex. Unit was nicely furnished and updated. Excellent communication throughout and even when we thought we might have to leave early Brett was great at being flexible even though we didn't need it.

Great new Airbnb close to Ketchum and Sun Valley Lodge. Great condo that spacious accommodated up to four people. Would highly recommend for anyone’s next trip!
