Pleasant stay overall! Jacuzzi and fire pit were nice. Located close to stores and highways.

Lovely home perfectly located in the heart of Guerneville. House is quiet at night, with hot showers, cable internet, board games, washer/dryer and kitchen supplies. We stayed in early January and all rooms were equipped with heating to keep us warm. Host responds quickly to messages.

We loved the place. Perfect for a few friends to hang out. The shared living room space allowed for relaxing and comfortable area to chat. The dining table downstairs also worked out great for a shared meal. It truly is a beautiful home, and I definitely would recommend and rent again. Location is quiet and you can't hear the traffic on River Road at all. Since it was winter and a bit chilly, we didn't use the outdoor space. But I hope to rent this beautiful place again in the spring or summer to enjoy the outdoors. Thank you, Griselda, for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Fun Napa weekend and the location of this home is outstanding. So close f To downtown, shopping, restaurants and many more. It was also relaxing just hanging out in the home. We felt right at home. Definitely would stay again. In the summer I can see enjoying the beautiful outside space when it is warmer out. Wonderful place.

We had a great time at Shauna’s place! The house is spacious, the rooms are very comfortable and you can find everything you need in the house. We also had a great time using the hot tub.

Adrian's place was very comfortable and provided us a cozy place to stay! It had all the amenities we needed and allowed us to relax amongst the redwoods. We would love to visit again in the summer!

We were lucky enough to be able to book the place on Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my small family and two dogs! Everything is as described on the website, the house was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Marguerite was also responsive to all messages that were sent. We had a delightful stay at this charming Napa home, near downtown, which comfortably accommodated our family of four, along with our in-laws and sibling. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals on two evenings, providing all the necessary tools for cooking. The backyard was a highlight; even during our winter visit, it was enjoyable, and we can only imagine how wonderful it would be in the summer. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a host who provided a comprehensive overview of the house rules. While there were many guidelines, this thorough introduction made it easier for us to navigate the property during our stay. Overall, this home offered a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our family gathering.

A beautiful home inside and out ! Had a lovely stay with a big group - the house is cozy, comfortable, and so relaxing. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is amazing. Hot tub under the stars, what’s not to love?! Great location to hiking and exploring the area. Would definitely stay again. Host are so communicative and check in and out was a breeze.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities and supplies were as described, and the house had a very open, relaxing and warm flow to it. Great family trip especially with the heated pool in winter! Gina was very helpful and responsive with all of our questions ahead of and during our stay.

Great place for our extended family. Enough nooks and crannies so peace and quiet was attainable for those who needed it. Some bedrooms are near the main area and some are remote and quiet.. A masseuse we retained used one of the bedrooms near the hot tub every day and it worked perfectly. Our family was able to really relax because the decor is modest and not new. It is very clean, and quite eclectic and interesting. We have stayed in B&Bs which were so fancy and pristine we were constantly on our guard. We were very comfortable here. The kitchen is very well stocked and the dining area is very large with seating for more than 12 people. The pool table was a hit! The road up takes a bit of getting used to, but no one found it too difficult. We had as many as 8 cars ( from a Prius to a 4 wheel drive Suburban) going up and down the road with no problems. Ample parking - four spaces right out front and 4 or more behind the house. We all had a great time and will be back.

Our stay was very nice we chose this place because we came to Petaluma for our daughters wedding the home was very spacious for us all to get ready and very beautiful area around the house for picture taking

From the spacious rooms to the incredible outdoor spaces, everything exceeded our expectations. Jordan and Jennifer were exceptional hosts super helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The weather was amazing, and the scenery surrounding the property was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the vineyard views and spending evenings by the pool under the stars felt like a dream. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. This was one of the best getaways we’ve ever experienced, and we can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable retreat 5 stars all around!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Napa valley! Staying in the middle of a vineyard was magical and the place had so much charm and warmth! Zero complaints other than wishing we could have stayed longer!

Shane and Craig have a beautiful cozy cabin nestled in a private setting. They went above and beyond with local recommendations and tips for a wonderful stay! The cabin is well stocked, with good dishes and silverware, really feels like you are in your own vacation home. They will remind you to bring firewood as there is no central heating in the cabin, you’ll want to do that in the winter! Overall a wonderful place and would love to return.

What a special place! A perfect and peaceful getaway in an absolutely stunning location. Loved how beautifully the house was designed to feature the surrounding forest, and Bob’s interior design choices are absolutely inspiring. I personally loved how cozy and comfortable the space was, all of the windows and skylights, using the hot tub with the view out towards the tree line throughout my stay, and cooking meals in the kitchen. Bob was friendly and communicative throughout! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Bob!

It's a lovely home. Very charming, very peaceful. Good privacy. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and all the instructions were easy to follow. The fireplace, hot tub, koi pond, floor plan, and overall peaceful quality are the highlights here. The critiques I have for this place are: 1. the bed in the master bedroom is a queen at largest and the mattress was too firm for our liking. 2. The kitchen appliances and utensils had not been cleaned very well and I hate to say that because I know a cleaning crew had been there before our stay (I would give them the benefit of the doubt on this topic though, because that was not reflective of the rest of the house which was very nicely set up and clean for our stay). Overall, we had a great stay.

Thank you Chad for a fantastic stay! The place was as described and was clean upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, unlike many other recent stays at different properties. We really enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. The directions provided ahead of time were very helpful and the additional details were a great touch! Would definitely return. Thanks again!

Tree House adventure! Such a cute little house in the middle of the most amazing trees and nature. House was a little cold but made snuggling that much more fun. Visited a local brewery and had breakfast at Hole in the wall all super close and so much fun.

My husband, our “dog-daughter”, and I had the most beautiful holiday stay at Ryan and James’ stunning home. I cannot recommend their home enough. It was beyond perfect for our trip and we enjoyed the tranquility, views, and peacefulness so much. Thank you so much! We will absolutely be looking forward to visiting again!

We had a great, cozy winter stay. The fireplace was very charming and helped keep the upstairs toasty! The hot tub was also perfect in the cool, wet weather. Can’t wait to head back again soon!
