House holiday rentals in Kensington

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful terrace house - with its own pool! Marco was on hand to let us in and show us around the house. The interior design of the house and the gardens are beautiful while the kitchen has everything a chef could need! The house is within walking distance of the Acland St shops and only 300m from the nearest tram station. It was very comfortable accomodation for our family of four. Very highly recommended. Marco was a very generous host. We feel very lucky we were able to stay here!

Unit was private and secure. Exactly as described and pictured. Alieh is lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Rebecca’s home was beautiful and in a great location, walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for our short trip (including a little office space for our remote work) and the kids bedroom was filled with toys and books. The pool and outdoor area was our favourite spot and a big hit with the kids. We visit Melbourne often and would definitely book with Rebecca again.

This was the second time I have stayed at Roger’s home and was as perfect as it was last year. We will definitely plan on heading back. Pool was amazing, private and got plenty of use. All amenities catered for, felt at home. Roger’s communication was fantastic as it had been previously. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Anna’s house has been a perfect place for our Xmas family reunion. As soon as we walked in, we knew we had made an excellent choice. The property is spacious but very cozy and the layout suited our needs. The ambience is stylish and warm. The kitchen is super functional with a great selection of pots, plates etc. The deep, warm pool and esp diving Board was a huge hit. The property is located in a peaceful street a few mins walk from a superb beach and cliff top walk and also close to cafés, stores etc. A lovely home and beautiful surroundings for us to unwind and reconnect. We will cherish the memories. Thank you!

Beautiful Home. Seemed even bigger than it was in the pictures. Plenty of room, and a fantastic house for a big group with not much else like it for the price, and proximity to the city around. Had a fantastic time and the house was a big part of it. Thanks Rob

Great place, great hosts, value for money

The house was very clean and in a nice quiet location. Our hosts had great communication and were very easy to deal with. We hope to stay again next year.

Annie’s place is a perfect airbnb to house 16 pax. Loving the peacefulness, quietness of the neighbourhood. The airbnb is also located near sunshine market place where the grocery store is, which is very convenient for us. Thank you Annie for being an amazing host. I highly recommend this airbnb! 😊

Matt's place was absolutely perfect for our new years eve event. so much space and amenities inside and outside the venue. BBQ,kitchen and outside space well set up with plenty of seating and different spaces to chill. comfortable bedrooms and a super comfy bed. would recommend to anybody needing a very cool space for a gathering.

Frankie and Gillian's place was exactly what we needed for our stay in Melbourne. The home is lovely and well-appointed for our family of four; plenty of provisions and children's things. The location was excellent, we could walk to public transport, restaurants and cafes and bike tracks were not far away. We had a comfortable stay.

Julie was an absolute life saver and was able to host us at the last minute. She was very helpful and her place was comfortable and we had a great stay.

A lovely place to take my children plenty of space and Andrew was a super host, replied to any questions within minutes. A short walk to great shops and the station, then only 20 and we were at the tennis. All bedrooms worked well for us all, a very well equipped kitchen with great coffee machine and we used the huge bbq on the terrace almost everyday. Having not been back to Australia for 34 years Andrews place was the perfect place to stay, not just for accommodation but for location. Ah mustn’t forget to mention the marina area a short walk away has the best ice creams and restaurants with lovely walks along the seafront. Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

The host was very responsive. The house had all the essentials and was clean. The gym park behind the house motivated my parents to work out, and they really liked the place, feeling sad to leave. It would have been better if the keys were labeled, as it took some time to figure out which key belonged to which door. Dilshan was very understanding in extending our checkout time and provided all the necessary updates during our two-week stay. I highly recommend Dilshan's place!.

Great location. close to shops (supermarket, bottle shop, restaurants just a walk away. very private place. Narrow alley but with small car parking wasn't a problem. we'll definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Alice’s place. It was larger inside than appeared in the photos (e.g. there is a huge walk-in pantry) and was nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable; we slept very well. The house is right next to a peaceful green oval and a brilliant park for the children. Check in was easy in the middle of the night when our flight arrived, and the house was only a short drive from lots of great places. Alice was a very responsive host; replying quickly and helpfully.

To be honest, this property is the only thing I regret about this trip – I regret not booking a few more nights. The house is extremely comfortable and clean, with everything you could possibly need. Due to my itinerary, I needed to check in a few hours early, and the communication with the host was very efficient. The host was generous and accommodating. The decor of the house is also very cozy and full of life. I would recommend it to everyone around me.

Our stay at Melanie's house was excellent, everything looked great including all the yummies she provided. We loved sitting on the front balcony and watch the people walk by and all the little parrots in the big tree. We walked to Albert Park for the F1 and we walked down Pickles street to the beach and had a great dinner at one of the restaurants. We will definitely come back one day and enjoy more of Melbourne.
