Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kendall County

Our host was amazing. First his place is in a nice little neighborhood. It had a garage that was actually usable!! We could park our car in which was so helpful for unloading. Our host offered us a later check out because we got in late. That was so nice. The place was cleaning and comfortable. Especially loved the sunroom with a heater that you could sit in even during the winter. We would highly recommend this place for a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The home looked just like the pictures and was very comfortable. The home was very clean! The neighborhood was quiet. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Michael’s place was a clean and well stocked place to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. It was warm and cozy inside. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful reunion weekend at Vic's place. It was private, comfortable, and had good amenities for 6 people. Vic himself was very responsive to all our custom requests and all guests enjoyed the place. Thank you, Vic for making it memorable.

This really is such a fun place!!! Things to do for ALL ages. Fun decorations with lots of photo ops. We played ping pong, air hockey, basketball, and pool. We sang karaoke and played giant Scrabble plus other games. Lots of movies to choose from. We can't wait to visit Theresa's other places!!!

This home was perfect while visiting family for a baby shower. We felt right at home and really enjoyed having some space to relax while in town for the weekend. The home was comfortable, clean and welcoming!

This home was perfect for our extended family of 4 adults! There was a main floor bedroom for a family member who wanted to avoid stairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs with lots of room. We loved the modern bathrooms, living space with the fun changing -colors fireplace, and the big kitchen. Everything was very CLEAN and comfortable. The living room worked great for evening family time and the kitchen was generously stocked with bottled waters, lots of glasses and dishes, tea, coffee, creamer and a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and chocolates. Beds were comfortable, home was warm even on single digit temperatures during our stay. The home was easy to find and enter with the Schlage lock. It was quiet in the neighborhood. Home is a fast drive to the Geneva train station and our favorite nearby restaurants: Giordanos, Foxfire, St. Charles Place and the Colonial Cafe. Hosts were outstanding. They were attentive, communicative and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Wonderful all around!

We stayed here with our 2 dogs on a cross country roadtrip. We needed somewhere near i80 and dog friendly. Hotels are a pain with 2 dogs so staying in Lisa’s Airbnb apartment was a nice change! Everything exactly as described. The best part was the dogs being able to use the fenced in backyard after a long day in the car. Also helpful there was already a metal crate as we crate one of our dogs at night who likes to pace :) also bonus there was tea coffee grounds and a coffee maker

I had a great stay at Briana’s place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and communication was smooth throughout the stay. The location was quiet and convenient for nearby shopping and dining with quick and easy access to the expressway. Overall, a solid Airbnb experience, and I’d recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free stay.

I enjoyed a 4 month stay at “Comfy Place” hosted by Briana and Mark. The place was very clean and all the extra amenities you would need for a long term stay. I would recommend and stay at this place again next time I’m in this area. Great host. Thank you.

I stayed at Sarah’s place while waiting to move overseas & it was a great experience. She was a very responsive host, sends you a e-booklet with instructions & recommendations & the place looks exactly like the photos. Location was good & is within 10 or 15 minutes of Route 59 (shops/restaurants), downtown Aurora, downtown Naperville, interstate 88 etc. Highly recommend!

Loved it! Hosts very responsive! Such a cute place with everything we needed! Snacks , oatmeal packets, pop tarts,k-cups, cocoa packets,tea. couple waters and cans of pop in fridge! Washer and dryer with pods. Electric fireplace. Television in every room! Many board games to play! 2 robes and beach towels which we used for the hot tub! Would definitely stay there again! I would recommend Hanks Farm 10 min. away for Sunday brunch. Ended are weekend with that and loved it!.

We had a great stay. The space had everything we needed and we were very comforatable there. I have family in the area and hope to stay here again in the future.
