We loved our stay at Wyatt’s place! It was perfect for our needs while in town visiting family for the holidays. The backyard was great for our two dogs. Hot tub was great. Bed was very comfy. We would stay here again!

As a host, Dennis was great. The only area of concern was the lack of full baths.

This is incredible space. Hosts were so kind and friendly. The space was stocked with everything you might need. They left a few snacks in the fridge for us. We are Colorado natives but the hosts had so many helpful suggestions for food in the area and places to go. We loved our stay!!

Smooth sailing at Anna and Mathew's. Very clean home, attractive amenities, and a strong west side location. All of us in the party agreed we would look forward to coming back.

We took our daughter on a University of Colorado Boulder tour. The house was the perfect location as a jumping point for snowboarding and visiting the school. The house itself was the perfect vibe, and is actually one the reasons she now wants to attend Boulder - ha. I just have to let her know the dorms wont look like this. Great location, unbelievable house and gracious host.

We wanted a quick getaway but didn’t want to stay at one of the hotel casinos. We still wanted the option to go there for dinner or a little gambling and this was the perfect place! Only 10 minutes from Central City. The house was perfect for just the two of us and the hot tub was a bonus!

We had SUCH an amazing stay in Merredith's suite, it couldn't have been a better experience. We love Boulder and visit every year after skiing, and she was so proactive and helpful in welcoming us to her home after a very long, harrowing, snowy drive from the mountains. She had so many thoughtful touches in the suite and made us feel so comfortable and at home. We almost wanted to just relax in the suite the entire trip instead of explore Boulder! The hot tub is fabulous, the bathroom is large and clean, there's a wonderful little kitchenette stocked with more than the basics, and the bedroom is spacious and extremely comfortable. The location is also fantastic - we woke up to a view of the mountains each morning and were able to walk to trails or to Pearl Street restaurants very easily from her location. It had everything we needed and more. Hope to stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ling and Chris's Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly welcoming, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed this getaway! The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Hollis was there whenever we needed anything and responded very promptly. We saw some deer right in front of the house on our last day! Will never forget the memories made here.

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

The stay was very good. Location was near downtown and also the airport itself. Quiet and peaceful.

We had family stay at Cheryl’s place for an extended visit and they couldn’t have been happier. The location was quiet and easy to get to, everything worked well, and the host responded quickly with any questions. We will definitely stay again.

Great little economical place. oh the heated electric blanket on the very comfortable bed was a huge bonus.

This was a great find. Right next to Sanitas and within a quick drive (or walk, if you’re motivated) to Ideal, Lucky’s, and pearl street. The house itself is cosy and well equipped. Loved it here and would absolutely stay again.

Perfect stay for four generation family. Loved the convenience of being in a home versus four hotel rooms. We were in town for my son's wedding and the location was perfect for the weekend. Easy access to shops and restaurants, easy to find our way around. The home was as advertised. Clean and comfy. It needs a little TLC but it's a rental and not everyone respects staying in someone else's home. Fully furnished kitchen was great for meals. Extra linens and pillows in the closets. Lower level was great for the grandkids but there is no door separating that space from the kitchen/living area. No privacy if adults were staying there. Overall, wonderful stay. Would definitely stay there again. Jason was a great host.

We had a wonderful time in Michael's home. We gathered in Denver for a college graduation and Michael's home provided a wonderful environment for a memory making weekend! I highly recommend this home and we'd definitely return. Wonderful setting and beautiful home!! Thank you Michael!

We had a great time in Boulder. We were there for work but got a few days hiking in. The place was perfect for us, comfortable, warm and well situated. The kitchen is especially well appointed.

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

Nice, cozy, extremely-well-equipped condo to come back to after a day hiking in the mountains! The extensive/varied vinyl collection was an added bonus; a little Nina Simone playing while sipping on some cab is hard to beat. The place was squeaky clean, had literally everything we needed, including comfy furniture to chill out in (trust me, that's not always the case). Not quite walking distance (<1mi) to anything, but traffic is light, and the HOP is $3. Regardless, we'd go back to this one!

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book Mariah’s place for a 5 day stay for exploring Denver and celebrating the new year. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the many amenities allowed us to have a very comfortable and convenient stay. We made great use of the three bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the full fridge, and all the closet space. Mariah was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet, the home was free of clutter, and the shower was hot. A perfect stay to convince us to want to move to Colorado. Would recommend to anyone for both short and long stays.

We were there to visit family and were already familiar with the area. It was extremely cold out during our winter stay, but we were quite comfortable inside the condo, which matched the description and photos perfectly. It was clean and spacious with easy checkin and entry. Our host, David, very pleasantly communicated proactively and was quick to respond, as well. The detailed instructions were helpful for checking out. It was a great deal and we would be happy to stay there again!

The Art House is a fantastic and welcoming property. Our family has the most relaxed Thanksgiving there. The space is amazing good together and separate space. It is super comfy and Peter was fantastic, so responsive and kind. The art and plants in the house added to the charm. Next time in Denver, we will definitely stay!
