We had a great time at The Villa. The view is gorgeous and the Villa has everything we could need including enough space for everyone to be together or for anyone to have their privacy. Korina, as always, so attentive, always helpful and available. We loved all the great suggestions for food or for recreation. Thank you for great service!

Very nice accommodation in a great location. We love the kittens that saint on the balconies. Some may not like the fact that there are kitten food on the balconies (at least ours that was on the first floor) so it's a good idea to know. Strictly no smoking rule in the outdoor areas.

Our stay in Kea at Margarita’s place was simply exceptional! The house is beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea that delighted us every day. Margarita welcomed us with warm and thoughtful hospitality, making our stay an unforgettable experience. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and full of charm. Although one of the rooms was a bit smaller than expected, it still had a lot of character and didn’t diminish our enjoyment in any way. We highly recommend this place for a perfect stay on the island of Kea!

It would be hard to overstate how incredibly beautiful and peaceful this location is. Our host was very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed when we arrived, and even responding late at night when we couldn’t figure out how to turn the hot water on. (It’s easy! Just flip the circuit breaker next to “bypass.”) Make sure you bring lots of bottled water and shop for food before you head out to this house, because it’s very remote. Our biggest challenge was driving: We rented a car at LEON by the port, and drove the 30 minutes to the east coast. Our car was a small sedan, and we were worried it wouldn’t be able to make it up the steep switchbacks, especially on the dirt roads closest to the house. But we found out that it’s possible! Go slow, and even a little front-wheel drive car like ours can make it (barely). If we had it to do again, we would rent a Jeep on the mainland and bring it over on the ferry, so we recommend that!

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of incredible. This home was built to live in! The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities and more. Each room boasts sweeping views of the picturesque Aegean ocean! I would highly recommend this spot! Alex was extremely helpful and the local host, Nicos was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will certainly be back!

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The house is located in a peaceful, private bay right by the sea, offering breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and having direct access to the beach. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with stunning sea views, this is the perfect place. The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

We had a lovely week at the beach house in early August. Despite the heat, the wind that was continuously blowing from the sea was refreshing. Also, the house is air conditioned , which allowed us to sleep well. The house is very beautiful and very well equipped with everything we needed. The very large terrace allowed us to eat in the shade morning, noon and evening. The big plus is the fact that the house opens directly to the beach and there is almost no one there. We left with our two kids, ages 2 and 5, and they loved it. In short, we highly recommend this beautiful beach house

I had the most wonderful stay at Villa Sandra Maria! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close enough to town for convenience, yet still wonderfully private. As someone who isn’t the most confident driver, I really appreciated how easy it was to get around. The private parking was such a bonus, it was enough to accomodate 3 cars, something rare to have on the island. The views were absolutely stunning, and the infinity pool was a dream—every morning, waking up to those views felt like a luxury. The villa itself was spotless, and the host went above and beyond to provide us with clear, helpful details that made everything effortless. What really stood out, though, was how attentive and thoughtful the owner was. She was always just a message away, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for, which added such a personal touch to the experience. This villa truly exceeded all my expectations. I honestly can’t wait to return!
