Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kayseri

Incredible place, very kind, accommodating and helpful host. A beautiful trip and I can't imagine a better place to stay. Very clean, warm, comfortable and simply beautiful. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest detail. Its a fabulous place! For those travelling to Cappadocia, Avanos is the perfect distance away from the very touristy places, its a peaceful pottery village and there is so much to explore and see from this direction back towards Goreme. We rented bikes and had a wondeful time exploring places you might not see if you were only in the centre. The house is in the village, its private and safe and quiet and the town is relaxed and lovely with plenty of places to eat and little streets to wander! The best place!

We went as an extended family for New Year's Eve celebration and skiing. Everyone left satisfied and happy. We were comfortable like in our own home. Transportation to the ski resort takes 12 minutes. Grocery stores are nearby. There is a very useful barbecue, especially in front of the door, and I recommend those who know how to barbecue use it and chat with the host a lot. The host can assist with any winter sports as they are from former skiers.

Our trip to Erciyes, which lasted 3 days, was extremely enjoyable and comfortable thanks to the thoughtful houses of Mr. Mehmet and his wife. First of all, the welcome was very friendly and delightful, every detail that made the guests at home was thought out. There was even wood prepared especially for the cousin.. The potatoes, mushrooms and of course the kayseri sausage added a high level of pleasure to our holiday.. Our barbecue pleasure in the garden gave us a very nice time in the snowy garden of the house. We had an extremely warm stay thanks to the heating system of the house. The house is very comfortable and there is everything you can think of at home.. We would like to thank Mehmet and his wife very much for this beautiful experience. We would recommend peace of mind to everyone.

We were overall satisfied with our stay. Four of us chose this house to celebrate New Year's Eve. The house is centrally located, with a small market within walking distance. On the morning of our arrival, we parked our car in the spot recommended by the landlord, but unfortunately, the traffic police issued us a ticket. Afterward, we found a nearby car park, just a 5-minute walk away, which was free. The furniture in the house was clean, and the walls were made of stone and materials in harmony with the local architecture. Although it was cold outside at night, the house was warm, and we never felt chilly. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. As for the beds, they were a bit firm, which might be an issue for those who prefer softer mattresses. While two of us had some difficulty sleeping, the other two found it perfectly fine. Having a dishwasher was a nice convenience and made our stay more comfortable. We all left happy after this adventure!

Tuncers place has a great cave authentic vibe. Make sure you have transport sorted out to get to Gerome but otherwise for the mainstream stuff but otherwise Ortahisar is a great quite town and very near Gerome

Great place to stay while exploring Cappadocia. Ortahisar is one of the least touristy towns in the area. Goksel was a great host. She was responsive to requests and helpful with excellent local recommendations.

Very calm in the city of Mustafapasa with a nice view. The flat is big enough for 4 people. I recommend.

A beautiful apartment renovated with care and respectful of the millenary history of Cappadocia. The bedroom was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a third bed. The huge bathroom with a large shower and equipped with everything you need. Beautiful and functional kitchen and a large terrace space with a magnificent view. The apartment is also equipped with a washer and dryer, both included in the price. The furniture is very well cared for and elegant.
