5 Stars – A Perfect Getaway! Matthew’s luxury cabin was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and serene the setting was—it truly felt like we were tucked away in the middle of nowhere. The tranquility and natural beauty surrounding the cabin made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. At the same time, we were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to everything. Downtown Peterborough was just a 15-minute drive away, and even Uber Eats could deliver within 30 minutes—so we had the best of both worlds: secluded nature and modern convenience. The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the luxury touches you’d hope for. Matthew was a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful escape without sacrificing access to amenities. We’ll definitely be back!

This cottage was wonderful! My family and I had an amazing time and it was very specious! It had great things to do for adults and kids. Tien was very responsive when we needed something and friendly. My family and I would definitely revisit and recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a great time.

Loved their place super responsive It was my 40th bday and wanted to be with my friends and family pool was a big plus and the best part was the no of bathroom Including kids we were 20. But had plenty of washrooms and ample room out cots and blankets Shout out for being accommodative and I would highly recommend their place the the host Looking forward to booking it in summer again.

An incredibly cozy and clean retreat, me and my friends could not have asked for a better weekend escape. Close to ski resorts while also being close to the city and infrastructure, this place is incredible value! But most of all Youseff and his son are so helpful, amazing hosts ❤️

The place was beautiful and the pool was perfect for a winter get-away. They were super responsive the entire time and check-in/out was super easy.

Exactly as advertised and perfectly suited to time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lots of amenities and steps from the dock which overlooks Sturgeon Lake.. You'll appreciate the beautiful sunsets and great walking options. A short drive to restaurants and shopping. Kayleigh was a great host and makes this destination an absolutely easy place to want to come back to.

We had a great time during our stay. Water toys made a plus for the trip. Beautiful view, rooms are clean, able to accommodate our requests during our stay. A very cozy and fun place to go!

Great spot for a large gathering of people. There were always enough chairs to have all of us around 1 big table, always enough plates & glassware too! All the different activities like the kayaks, pool table, etc always kept us busy too! We had a great time staying here and met all of our requirements and then some!

We had a delightful stay in Port Perry thanks to Joanna's lovely place. The house itself was pristine and very comfortable. You can hardly beat the location - close to downtown but far enough off the main drag that you aren't really bothered by any traffic noise. Joanna was delightful - very responsive and clear in her instructions/advice. We'll definitely keep this in mind next time we are looking for a spot in the Port!

Can’t say enough good things about the log home. It is a beautifully custom built home on an extremely private and large property. There’s an added pleasure of looking out the windows and seeing families of deer and turkey. The inside is absolutely meticulous and thought out. Everything is where it should be and no clutter whatsoever. The beds are super comfortable and cozy. The decks are spacious. The bathrooms are well stocked and so clean. The master bathroom shower is MASSIVE. We would love to return in the summer months and enjoy the peaceful surrounds and the town of Bobcaygeon as well. All you need to bring is your clothes and some food. The rest is provided for you. Absolutely incredible.

The cottage is warm, well-equipped, and very welcoming. Amanda is a thoughtful and attentive host who truly goes above and beyond. We had a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend in a peaceful, cozy setting. Despite the ice storm, Amanda was proactive and responsive, taking steps to anticipate potential power outages in Ontario. I highly recommend this place!

Would definitely stay here again! Cant wait to visit here during the summer time

We visited beautiful Fenlon Falls in the off season to attend a curling bonspiel. Accommodations were perfect for our team of 4. Upon arrival, we saw 4 Hurry Hard microbrews waiting for us on the counter. That was a thoughtful gesture. Maybe we will return for a golf weekend in high season. Very good experience. Duda was a great host. We enjoyed every moment we spent at her place. Felt like the place is made for us. She made the best out of that place. Will revisit for sure.

Amazing cottage with everything you need to have a great stay. No complaints !

Our stay at this cottage was nothing short of magical! The cozy atmosphere, combined with the breathtaking winter scenery, made for an unforgettable experience. The cabin was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fireplace kept us warm and added to the charm, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The surrounding snow-covered trees and peaceful setting created a true winter wonderland. Whether sipping coffee by the window or enjoying the crisp air outside, every moment felt special. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back for another stay—highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy winter retreat!

We had a fantastic stay at this lake house with 4 families including 8 adults and lots of little kids. The lake has lots of cottages but wasn’t overly busy and was excellent for swimming and boating. The house served us very well with multiple kitchens, multiple living rooms, and great outdoor spaces. Just be warned there are a lot of stairs if that’s an issue for you (it wasn’t for us). We loved everything and hope to rent this house again in the future with other large groups.

Beautiful lakefront house, host is very friendly and flexible, very responsive. House is big enough to accommodate a big group. We were 12 adults and it had enough bedding for all of us. Lots of games were there for kids. Kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the place.

Beautiful house, easily accommodated our family. There are so many spaces for people to gather so it made it easy for everyone to be comfortable! We loved the giant kitchen and harvest table. Beds were very comfortable. Linens are all mismatched but clean and beds were all made. Snow was cleared from driveway before we arrived, which we were pleasantly surprised about because it was a pretty big snowstorm. Super close to Brechin point ice hut rentals where we spent our day out on the lake!!

Cheryl’s farmhouse is amazing! The large kitchen is spectacular and the beds were very comfortable. There was so much space for our family to relax during our visit. There are stairs to get to the bedrooms, so probably not the right fit for guests with mobility issues, but for our family it was perfect.

I had an amazing stay at Marlene’s place! It was the perfect winter getaway—warm, inviting, and with everything we needed to feel right at home. The fireplace was a wonderful touch, creating a cozy ambiance that made the cold winter days feel extra special. The place was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a day of winter activities. Marlene was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. She was super flexible and even offered us late checkout in light of the weather conditions. A huge special thanks to Marco, who went above and beyond by cleaning up the driveway after the heavy snowfall each morning. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to escape the cold and enjoy the season. Highly recommend!
