Holiday houses in Kaupoa Beach

Beautiful view from the patio with the pounding surf in full view. Home is spacious with two bedrooms. One is a loft and the second adjoins the living room with a folding door for privacy. Kitchen was nice and adequately stocked. Pool was large but on the cool side. I believe it is unheated. The grounds are spacious. There is an old golf course that you can walk on. Saw lots of bicycles and couples enjoying it. The highlight is really the view. We saw whales. On property there are lots of deer and wild turkeys. The surf is strong and roared. It is a very peaceful sound that we enjoyed. The stars at night are brilliant. This is a pretty remote location with little light contamination. We were lucky enough to see the planets in alignment. The only downside is a number of old abandoned hotel buildings that detract from the beauty as you arrive along the road. If we return to Molokai I would definitely book here again. The view and beach walks are spectacular.

Absolutely one of my favorite Airbnb stays. The place was just incredible. It was comfortable, clean, private, safe and had all the amenities one would need. Not to mention, the host, Mana, was so pleasant. Overall 10/10 from beginning to end, one of my favorite stays. The place comes with amenities from plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap.. to pots, pans, tupperware, cookware, seasonings. The perfect place. By the way, the airflow in this unit, is immaculatent. Thank you Mana, we look forward to coming back!

Great place to stay with beautiful views!

Karon’s condo at Molokai Shores was amazing! We stayed for 10 nights and didn’t want to leave. The sunset views from the deck are breathtaking. The sunrise views are wonderful too. The condo had everything we needed. We cooked every night. The kitchen worked well, and we used the shared gas grills. The neighbors are wonderful. We enjoyed chatting and getting to know them. The bed was very comfortable. Even without a/c, we never had a problem sleeping. You can’t beat the location. It’s very central and just minutes from two markets. We also visited the livestock coop for steak and venison. A must do in Molokai. If you’re looking for restaurants and nightlife, Molokai is not for you. This was our second visit to Molokai. We love the low-key vibe, serenity, and cooking. So it’s perfect for us. Karon is a wonderful host, and very helpful. We highly recommend booking her condo.

My 3rd stay at KBR. Kiki’s cottage was fantastic and perfect for us (my wife and 2 year old). The unit was very clean, ideally located, modern, and just downright pleasant to stay in. I hope to return and repeat this experience.

We had an amazing relaxing trip. We met some great new friends. All the locals are so kind. It was peaceful. We got to see some waves over 40’ high. We saw the monk seals. We saw the whales. It was spectacular. Would definitely come back.

Loved the place. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the lanai, easy walks to the beach, very quiet. Condo was spotless, and had very comfortable furniture and bed,. The place was recently remodeled with all the amenities you might need to prepare food or hang out at the beach. Washer/dryer was quite helpful.

We loved our stay here! Our family was gathering for Christmas so we had a few condos at Moloka’i Shores rented, and this one was best equipped with cooking & baking & beach gear, even had an exercise mat and folding table we used on the lawn. Tiana was very responsive and helped us locate everything we needed. We would definitely book here again.

The view from the living room and patio is breathtaking! The condo itself is very cozy, it has a nice room with a king size bed. It is really nice that it is on the ground floor, close to the parking lot and really close to the ocean. There is not a lot of storage space other than the closet to hang your clothes. Had plenty of amenities and the unit is well-equipped, and the guests really liked the fridge. The host is very responsive, and helped us out immensely by allowing us to rent the condo last minute in the evening. The guests had to move out another condo mid-stay b/c of a broken shower with parts needed from off-island. All worked out well. Mahalo!

We loved our stay! The accommodations were perfect for a couple. We enjoyed coffee every morning with a view of the ocean on the balcony…it was fabulous. Beautiful, quiet beaches close to the condo, and gorgeous sunsets! We loved Molokai, and Sharon’s condo was a great base camp. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week on the island. If you are looking for quiet and authentic Hawaii, Molokai is it. We rented a car, so it was easy to explore the island. Just watch out for deer when driving, as they are everywhere!

wow.. everything about patrices place was better than advertised, the location is awesome , roght next to the beach on rhe west side of molokai, i wanted to go for rest relaxation, and quiet and was able to accomplish everything in a matter of hours.. The condonis perfect dor 3 peope, the lodt is awesome, but the virw feom the balcony is to die for. cant ask for a breed way ro enjoy a morning cup of coffee.. We had a rough time trying to get on the island due to the airlines, and patrice hooked us up with someone who was able to give is a boat ride.. Patrice was very responsive and informative on everything i asked for and needed.. she is a host that will go above and beyond.. Best trip. and best air bnb experience.. thank you patrice..

Noah & Pete's home was exactly as described in the listing. The place has an amazing view of the ocean in West Moloka'i. The lanai was the perfect place for us to have breakfast in the mornings and look out to the ocean to see whales (unfortunately, we didn't see any). The unit was well decorated and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There is no a/c in the unit, so it can get a bit warm at night even with all of the windows open. There is good circulation and the ocean breeze feels nice. The property is older - it started out as a Sheraton Hotel back in the 1970s, but the project never took off and the property changed hands over the years. The units were then sold off individually, so you see a mix of vacationers and full-time residents on the property. The pool is about a 10 minute walk from the unit. There is a small store that have some staples, but if you want fresh groceries or meat/seafood to cook at the unit you have to go to Kaunakakai (30 mins away). We would stay again.
