Dale’s place was amazing! Very beautiful surroundings and views as well as peaceful and private with a lot of space. We enjoyed and loved our stay. Highly recommend!!

Our group of 6 adults absolutely loved staying here over Christmas week while visiting family in the area. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The area is very safe and you can't beat a lake view, even in winter. We found just about everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated there was lots of space to cook and store food. There were quite a few things to clean before heading out, but we spread it out over the night before we left and morning of, no big deal since we had lots of helpers. We played a couple rounds of cornhole in the garage, which was so fun! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location right on Lake Pepin & the Mississippi River, next door to the marina, restaurants, bars. The area is beautiful. We rented the entire space which included the A-Frame connected house for a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom (3 showers), 2 kitchen & 2 living room space. Very comfortable space, decorated well, comfortable beds, GREAT shower pressure. Perfect for adult siblings with families that want to be together, but also may need their own private time. Peter couldn't have been a nicer, more helpful host. There are train tracks directly across the street that are VERY BUSY. I personally liked that aspect, but it may not be for everyone. That just added to the charm for me.

The Bungalow was a peaceful retreat. The falling snow created a magical place for us to recharge. Bed comfy, fireplace cozy, kitchen well equipped with pots, pans, electric tea kettle etc. Close to town for essentials. The ambiance is calm and cozy. We love staying here and our little do can come with us. This is about our 4th stay at the Bungalow. Highly recommend.

We loved the layout of the house and the view of Lake Pepin at sunset. We had just the right amount of rooms and space for my son’s families and myself. The fireplaces were an added benefit which we truly enjoyed. Although we came down with the flu we all enjoyed the time spent there together. Thank you Sandy and Eric for sharing your house with us. It is a very special place.

Kim was exceptionally helpful meeting our needs. Very responsive and easy to work with. This place is heavenly!!! Would love to stay in the summer or fall!!

The house was very clean and comfortable! It so fun to have a lake right there do skate on. Kids had a great time.

Perry’s apartment is in an excellent location, has parking right out front, is walkable to everything including the National Eagle Center and is lovely. Great furnishings, comfortable beds and furniture, beautiful view off the deck of the river, and all the little comforts that make a place wonderful. He was very responsive, easy to reach, friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely return in the summer when we can enjoy the deck.

We stayed here to be accessible to multiple sites along the River to see all the Bald Eagles that winter in the area. The location worked out great, even with the occasional train whistle. They’ve done some neat renovations on this farmhouse and have more in progress. Josh was very responsive when our travel plans needed to change to stay an additional night.
