Beachfront holiday rental in Kaş

Loved the villa - super clean and10 comfortable. Easy to get taxis into Kas centre. Brilliant to have 4 king-size, comfortable beds and en suites with every bedroom. Walk in showers were great. Pool and living space worked perfectly for our group. Merve was extremely responsive and accommodating - she kindly allowed us to store our luggage at her work whilst we waited for the airbnb to be ready (which was before the 4pm check-in time). The house was missing a few basic, but essential kitchen items (oven gloves for example) - merve arranged for the items to be dropped at the villa the next day. Thank you! Would highly recommend Kas. Great restaurants and brilliant atmosphere but loved staying a little distance away, where we enjoyed peace and quiet. A couple of logisits points - it's quite hilly, and a windy road, which isn't ideal for walking to the beach or Kas. Also, no shops at all nearby so make sure to stock up in Kas before coming. Although Mr. Ertan was on vacation abroad, he was very interested. When we entered, we had a little trouble with the cleanliness, but Mr. Ertan solved the problem right away. The view was very nice, restaurants and bars were nearby in our area. We had a nice vacation.

We have really enjoyed our stay and actually even extended it one extra night. The house was very clean and modern. Everything was perfect except for the cold water which we couldn’t deal with. I would recommend and come back again though.

The apartment is well located: a 25-minute walk to the center or 5 minutes by motorbike, a beautiful road. 10 minutes to a cozy beautiful beach. The interior is clean, there is the necessary bed linen, towels, you can ask to change it. The host is very responsive and helpful. Wifi works well, enough for watching videos and calls on zoom. The value for money is great! Would love to stay here again!

Great location, very useful, very nice house, very good amenities both in style and comfort. Absolutely the hosts are amazing people. Mr. Cuneyt's mother greeted us and he was very kind to think about our children and offered us a cake. We went with our dog and did not have any complaints or discomfort about it. It definitely feels like home. It was a time with rain, but we can say that we did not have any problems with the temperature. The air conditioners were working, it's nice. The balcony was very pleasant, the beds are comfortable, absolutely pet-friendly and child-friendly, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks for everything.

Mr. Erhan and his wife are extremely hospitable, they helped us feel at home, the house was very clean, everything was considered, there were treats in the refrigerator, Mr. Erhan helped us with the entrance and exit of the house, and if we come back, we would prefer the house of Mr. Erhan again, and we recommend the facility and the location to be very nice.

Everything was perfect:) Mustafa was very friendly and tried to make the stay as nice as possible.

Burcu’s apartment was the perfect place to relax from the craziness of Kas which was very busy most of the time. The short drive out to the peninsula was compensated by a million dollar view and the relaxing infinity edge pool. The space was clean and cool and comfortable. If we visit again would surely stay here. Thanks to Issa for making us feel at home and sorting out little issues.

The suit is beautiful, clean, and the views are stunning. The communication with the owner was always friendly and straightforward. The location is great, there is a lot of shopping. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the city by car. A car is also recommended. We had a very nice and relaxing time there as a family.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. A fantastic Villa with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Spectacular views with awesome sunsets. Large terraces on every level. Beautiful pool with amazing views. Comfortable beds with brilliant Air Conditioning. Melike was a great host and responded promptly to any questions. If you are thinking of staying in Kalkan then this villa is a little gem as the beach clubs are on your door step. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

We had an amazing time at the villa. Everything looked exactly if not better than the photos! The villa was super proper and clean, with everything you need (e.g. well-equipped kitchen). We felt right at home! The view from the villa was just breathtaking. The pool is very nice too and felt bigger than in the photos! Kalkan town center is walkable distance (15 min). Kalkan feels cosy, with great ambiance and restaurants! We highly recommend. The beach clubs around the villa are very nice too! We would also like to thank Shaina, who is an incredible host. Shaina is very responsive, she answered all our questions before and during the trip and shared her recommendations for the stay which we highly appreciated! Overall we highly recommend Shaina’s place! We enjoyed our time and hope to come back soon!

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

Our Airbnb stay at Osman's villa, with five close friends was absolutely delightful. It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Lovely big, very clean and bright apartment! We were very pleased to spend our mini vacation at Göxel's place, while still feeling like home. The apartment has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay, the kitchen has everything for preparing breakfast, which can be covered on a lovely large balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment was absolutely clean. Göxel's wife treated us to warm and very tasty muffins! Next time we are in Kash, we will definitely come back again! We were in a car and milking us the location was perfect.

Ms. Gülen was a very good hostess. The house was so sweet. We had everything we needed. It felt like our own home. In addition, the house is in the most beautiful compound of Kalkan. There are 2 pools in the compound that you can use and a private sea swimming area. Free transportation is also available on site. I can say that we were very comfortable and had a pleasant week. If I come to Kalkan, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Cengiz Brain House was far above our expectations. Price / Benefit performance is outstanding. The interior of the house is nicer than the photos. Beautifully designed and convenient. The house is perfectly clean. 10min drive to Kalkan center. The balcony view is great. There are places available for shopping in the area. Mr. Cengiz also helps with everything. Thank you so much.
