As a family who travels frequently, we felt compelled to comment for the first time, because we felt compelled to be incredibly warm and hospitable, you are informed about everything as soon as you go and even before you go. The house is very clean, everything is prepared before you go, the pool is prepared before it goes, etc. Normally, even if the dishes were clean everywhere we went, we would need a wash here without hesitation and used it, in short, the only thing we were uncomfortable with was that we could not get enough, so we will definitely go again with a longer stay as soon as possible. First of all, we would like to thank Ms.eren and Mr. Alper for their hospitality as a friend.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. Thank you

Natural Garden Kırkpınar Villa with Sheltered Pool

We instantly fell in love with the house that we requested to extend for 1 more night! It's a private bungalow with so many things to keep all of us, adults and children occupied. From the big spacious living room, the barbeque pit and sheltered outdoor tables and benches, the *fully* equipped kitchen and last but not least - the heated pool won't our hearts! We are a group of 2 families - 5 adults and 4 children (10-13 years old). All of us felt that the owner had been very thoughtful in welcoming guests and making us feel so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. I like it that literally all was prepared for us, from cooking equipments and condiments, coffee and tea, barbecue equipment, to a cycling exercise machine, etc. It's an alcohol-free establishment so it's totally suitable for families with children. With a car, it was easy to buy food and charcoal for barbeque from supermarkets and butchers a few mins drive away. We hope to come here again!

We were very happy with the house we stayed in. The tools and equipment in the house were sufficient. The location was very nice, very close to Kırkpınar Coast for walking. Thanks to Mr. Omer, he took care of us as soon as he created a reservation, and we would also like to thank him. Definitely recommend Lakers homes to all.

We had a lovely short stay here. The tiny house is nice and clean and the hosts were very friendly, kind and accomodating. The house didn't contain any cooking appliances or cutlery, you have to ask for them, which was a bit inconvenient, but they brought whatever we asked for quickly. The provided breakfast was nice and it was only a short drive to Kartepe. We enjoyed our time there.

We stayed with my daughter, my mother and our cat. Everything was excellent, just like in the photos. The heated pool was great, we had no problems this season, it was warm and cleaned when we went. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a floor heating system, air conditioning, also a fireplace that we could use. The house was very clean. We would love to stay again as soon as possible. Many thanks to everyone who took care of us.

The house is wonderfully designed. We enjoy the garden all day long. Mr. Ahmet answered all your questions in an instant. With the jacuzzi, pool, and ambiance lights, the harmony of the trees feels like your Ballet. If you want to relax and clear your head, do not hesitate. Without exaggeration, the best and best place I have lived throughout my journey around the world. In it I found all the very privileged amenities and service, all employees are highly respectful, kindly and proactive to help with everything even if it is not their job. The overall atmosphere in the resort is very beautiful, and inside the villa all the details are great and elaborate. There is a sauna and a Turkish bath as well as all kitchen utensils and barbecue utensils. The pool is warm in the blizzard of winter and breakfast is very delicious. It is worth revisiting as well as staying longer to enjoy all existing facilities. A perfect trade for the price.

Very good. We had no problems with the heat. Especially the beds were very clean. The location of the house was great and Mr. Burçin was very helpful. Our friend had the dream birthday on the bucket list, and we thank Ms. 😊 Şebnem for everything.
