Welcome to our house from 1912 in a quiet and charming residential area in Gamla Enskede! Large garden with outdoor furniture, playhouse, trampoline, fruit trees and berry bushes. Local flea markets, cozy cafes, restaurants, play parks and grocery stores just around the corner. Close to nature, swimming and outdoor areas. To central Stockholm it takes half an hour from the door. If you want to walk, Globen with its shopping area is 15 minutes away. Good transport links. Free parking with room for 3 cars. Free Wifi.

Sea cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A fantastic accommodation by the sea just 10 meters from the water. With views over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships passing outside house. The cottage is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. The cottage has a terrace facing the sea and is only 12 km from central Stockholm. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cabin. The wood-fired hot tub that stands on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Small basement studio in house, 15 min from city

A very small, recently refurbished studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. An 8-10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19, or Subway station Tallkrogen, green line 18. Close by is a big supermarket, parks and restaurants as well as nice walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. 😊☀️

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Welcome home!. We have many books, art on the walls and a piano. One of the nicest parts of Stockholm. Around the corner you can find old wooden houses, many coffeehouse (Il Café, Kafferang ...) and restaurants (Folii) and the lovely park on the “White hill”. A short stroll to a magnificent view over the city. It's quite and safe in here and easy to walk everywhere, or take the blue buss (2) to the city center. Your own private stylish apartment in my house, located in Tallkrogen/Enskede only 15 min on the metro from central Stockholm. Parking available right outside. I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.
