Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Karon

We were very happy with Jean-Michel’s place. It has a great view of the Kata bay, and as it is the tallest building nearby, the rooftop terrace offers an amazing and private venue for family dinners watching the sun set. We ended up ordering dinner with Grab and staying in most nights because of this. Our boys loved the plunge pool in the apartment and the infinity pool at the club house as well. The apartment is about 15-20 min walk from Kata, and there are nice restaurants at the bottom of the hill this apartment sits on. Just one advice though - the last bit of road up the hill is quite steep, so if you have disabilities or just trouble walking, you are going to need a taxi or a scooter to get up there. As hosts, Jean-Michel teams up with Miss Eve to take care of all your needs, and they respond very quickly and with great attitude. All in all a great place - we recommend, and we would stay again.

Oleg was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble at all, always checking in to see how I was going and if I needed anything, from making sure cleaners had been and linen was changed. The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach, Canal Village and Boat Avenue! If I return to Bang Tao I wouldn’t hesitate in staying at Skypark again! Thank you Oleg 😊

Amazing host who was very responsive, accommodating and generous! Lovely location in the heart of Patong within easy walking distance of Bangla Rd and Patong Beach. Yet the property feels quiet and secluded with lush vegetation. Beautiful room with all the amenities you would need. Highly recommend this property for your next stay in Phuket!

Timothy was a great host, and he helped us a lot with many things (taxi from the airport, Phi Phi tour discount, etc.). Condo is in the quiet area, and there’s a bus stop nearby (5-10 minutes walking distance). Yellow/blue bus can take you to Patong beach or Central Festival (shopping mall). There’s also a huge night food market in the vicinity, where you can try amazing local food. If you want a local experience of Phuket, this might be the right place for you.

We stayed at Andy’s apartment for 3 nights, a family of four. Great location, close to beach and shopping area, many restaurants, massages and convenience stores nearby. Andy is a great host and responds very quickly. Apartment is nice and clean. Highly recommended.

This place was perfect for us, wanted a place not too far from BISP school. Great value! Super clean and spacious, host was very friendly and quick to respond. Location ok if you have a car or bike. Would stay again. Thank you !

The place is well situated, clean, 2 bedrooms with a double bed very comfortable. The host responded to messages in a while, advised, accommodated unloading her suitcases easily before check-in. Additionally, the neighbors are absolutely great and one even has a small shop open until late. If we're in Phuket City again, we'd love to come back! ☺️ *2 adults, child 5 years old

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I’ve stayed in many condos and villas, but this villa was by far my favorite. It truly felt like a home away from home. The villa was quiet, private, and had fantastic accommodations like a washer and dryer in the unit, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful terrace where I could relax. The walk-out jacuzzi from the master bedroom and bathroom was a perfect touch. The setup was ideal, and I loved every moment. I wish I could have extended my stay, but due to high season, it was already booked. This villa is perfect for anyone seeking peace, quiet, and reflection. The location was also one of my favorites in Phuket. The property is gated and secure, just minutes away from the beach, restaurants, bars, and cafes. I even enjoyed a Thai and foot massage right in front of the property! As an end unit, the villa offered extra privacy, which was wonderful. The only minor point to note is that I paid for electricity usage at 6 THB per unit, but overall, it was completely worth it.

Tony’s place is such a great stay! It’s in the centre of Patong and walking distance to the beach, the walking street and heaps of other activities and great places to eat. The apartment itself was absolutely amazing. Would be great if you were staying long term as it has everything you would need. Tony and Nop were so lovely and easy to get in touch with. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Close to the old town, very useful if you have a motorcycle, same also grab is fast. The restaurant that is right in front is too delicious super recommended

I really enjoyed staying at Sumitra’s apartment. She met me upon arrival and explained the keycard system and house rules. I found the apartment to be clean, airy and just what I needed after a long flight. The complex itself is lovely, and has a pool and gym. There is a 7/11 across the road which is very convenient. The only draw back is there isn’t any restaurants around apart from a 10/15 min walk and even then they are the posher and the pricier end. I’m a bit skeptical of restaurants with a website, I prefer traditional cheap fresh food when visiting Thailand, therefore I would get a ‘ grab’ taxi daily into Patong to eat and get massages etc .. the taxi fairs were cheap like £7-£10 each way including tip.

Excellent stay! We stayed over a month and the place is perfect if you stay long and/or work remotely. Communication with the host was super smooth and Aisoon is very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good. Couldnt recommend more! If back to Chalong i will book again

Guys place was spotless. The beds are super comfortable. We made good use of the pool and we definitely enjoyed the close proximity of the fabulous shopping centre. We ate wonderful meals at the food court. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Guy
