Our stay at Florian's appartment in Noumea was the perfect Christmas holiday. The appartment is perfectly suited to a family like ours, and contains all the amenities you'd need, especially if you have a 3-year old toddler. The place is perfectly located facing the bay/Moselle port, and from the balcony you can witness beautiful sunsests! The listing also has a free Parking included which was very convenient for us as we had car. The Marché is a 3-minute walk, and supermarkets , beaches (Lemon bay, Anse Vata) and most attractions/sites are within a 10 minute ride. On the top that, Florian is a super nice person and host. Since I initially booked the listing, he has been very responsive and helpful, and tried to accomodate our stay at his best. Also, he generously offered to meet us at the airport, drove in front us and accompanied us until we arrived at the appartment. I can't be grateful enough for such a gesture, especially after a 9-hour flight landing close to midnight

Very pleasant night at Patrick's, in a peaceful setting. The bungalow was just like the pictures, everything was perfect.

We really could not fault Aude and Gaspards place. With just a short walk to endless options of cafes, bars and restaurants, and overlooking the beautiful ocean and beach from the balcony, the apartment is in perfect location. The two bikes in the storage locker got a workout from us, from day rides into the city to night cruises along the waterfront, it was the perfect opportunity to explore what this hidden gem of a place has to offer. The apartment itself is exactly as described and how it looks from the photos, with a fully equipped kitchen, even included with condiments and basic supplies, as well as a washing machine and smart tv. Aude and Gaspard were excellent to get in touch with over Airbnb message, and were very warm and welcoming hosts who provided excellent information and local recommendations. We cannot recommend this place enough, and we will be back here for sure! Thank you again Aude and Gaspard!

Alain, do I think I'm a REAL SUPERHOTE? He really takes the trouble for the guest to be happy and that down to the last detail. Cleanliness, service, advice. Kitchen is super well equipped. There's nothing missing to make you a great meal. The convenience store is just 2 min. The airport to get to the small islands is less than 6 min away. In addition to the absolute calm, a magnificent view from the terrace over the entire sublime bay of Tina s/Sea. I'm so glad I chose her place. I can only recommend. You wouldn't be disappointed.
