My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Helen was a great host and fantastic with communicating. We arrived to a warm welcoming and a brief tour of the cottage. We found the cottage to be fresh, clean and comfortable,the outdoor area was so relaxing. Close walk to the town centre and beach,we will be back. Pet friendly was a bonus our dog loved their beautiful grassed area and shady tree. Thankyou Helen and Jim 🐬

Beautiful setting amongst the tree's with visits from the local pink and greys loved the deck and the treehouse. Will definately visit again. Great to be able to walk to the dog beach.

Sharon is really nice. She always replies immediately and she also recommended us where to go. Her house is big and clean. We enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely room, separate from house and private entry. Thoughtfully stocked with necessities. We stayed overnight to attend a function in Yanchep. Happy to recommend.

Beautiful stay in Moore River. House had everything we needed and was comfortable for four friends to share. Clean & newly renovated bathroom. Beautiful view of the ocean and loved experiencing the Moore River area. Thanks for having us :)

Our stay was perfect. The view from the balcony was amazing - we spent a lot of time sitting out there watching the ocean. The place was large enough to accommodate our multiple families with two living areas and bathrooms. The proximity to the beach was great for the kids as was the heated pool and grassed area out the front. We had a great time and will definitely look to book again.

Charming and spotlessly clean beach house a block from the town beach that is more spacious than it looks in the photos. Marie has thought of everything you could possibly need and the house - which also has lots of books and games and gentle warm lighting - is perfect for long or short stays. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained and I loved having breakfast on the verandah every morning. The house is a few blocks from the local shops and in walking distance of Back Beach which has clear waters and is beautiful for swimming and surfing, although it does have strong rips so inexperienced swimmers should take care. The house is on a corner block and you will hear cars pass on the roads during the day but it is absolutely quiet at night. If you want to eat crayfish you can order some online to collect from local fishing boats on the official Lancelin website or pick up a frozen crayfish from Lancelin Seafood.

Good old rustic property. Our friends over on holiday from Scotland loved it. Place was clean and tidy, nice touch the bowl of chocolates left in the fridge lol Walking distance to shops, beach and tavern. Would definitely recommend to friends to go.

Nice place to stay for a small family, close to the beach and comfortable to stay in and enjoy the garden :). We stay with our 11 month old baby so the highchair, and toys in the garden came very handy!

Our family had a lovely long weekend in Seabird. This is our second time to stay at Antony's place. It's always a pleasure communicating wiith Antony. He is responsive and friendly. House is tidy. Very near to the beach. Good food at the pub and the cafe. Met some lovely people at the caravan park. Will definitely come back on our next little holiday.
