Our fam had a great stay here! The place was clean and spacious for our 2 kids. The building was close to the main entrance, swimming pool, restaurants and the mall entrance making it very easy for us. The host was also responsive. Highly recommended to anyone who will visit manila with kids.

The host was very accomodating and the place was spotless and clean! Had a very fun and comfortable stay with friends, as we all enjoyed the entertaining activities included with the booking! Mostly had fun with the Ps4 hahaha but everything was worth the price🫶🏻

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a microwave, and cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. Walkable to Mall of Asia, which was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. A few minor notes: -Bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), as these weren’t provided. - The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it worked well to keep the room cool. Overall, this was a comfortable and practical stay, especially for those who want easy access to Mall of Asia. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a well-located, budget-friendly options.

Brought our kids, and they enjoyed the pool very much. There was enough space in the rooms for us 5. The bathroom was clean, the appliances were in good working condition - we had no trouble operating them. Wifi was speedy, the airconditioners were not noisy, there's a Lawson store in the building. Easy to get around CCP, Baywalk, Intramuros, MOA, etc. from this spot. Hopefully more restos or cafes would open nearby. Thank you to the hosts for being very responsive and accommodating our needs (iron, extra towels, etc.)! We will definitely recommend this place.

This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

My boyfriend and I had an awesome time! Julienne was a great host. She was really responsive, friendly and helpful! We encountered no issues whatsoever. Everything went smoothly and we loved the room! There was even a welcome box waiting for us which we really appreciated.

Christine’s place is one of the best places to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing, vacation-like experience while still being conveniently close to all the amenities and establishments you might need. The highlight of the unit is undoubtedly the direct access to the pool from the balcony, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing swim anytime. I’ll definitely be booking her place again soon!

You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.

Very accessible location and Ms Ghie is very helpful. Complete kitchen utensils, clean bed, overall nice place. It would have been nicer if there are free tissue papers in CR and in the kitchen.

Anne is great host The place is very convenience Supermarket , convenience store , laundry , and so on . It would be convenient for long-term residents.
