Beachfront holiday rental in Kapiti Coast District

Fantastic home with beautiful and light spaces, plus an excellent outdoor area. Rauru was flexible, responsive and helpful which was really appreciated. We had a great time and would love to stay again!

This was a lovely spot at which to wind up our three weeks in NZ--closeby to family in Paraparaumu and all the delights of Kapiti Coast, but also an easy drive into the city for the airport. The views out to the Tasman sea and Kapiti are so special. It's a real taste of NZ beach bach life! The beds are very clean and comfortable, and we loved having the bonus of a bathtub after Airbnbs with showers only. The driveway is a little upward and winding in places, but if you take it easy, you will make it easily, and are rewarded with spectacular views and fantastic access to the beach. We walked down and up the driveway with kids to the beachfront easily. There is bird life and flowers all around you as you incline. We made it up in a big truck, and our friend made it up easily the next evening for dinner in a small sedan. We enjoyed the games and the beautiful dining area with wraparound views. Toni was kind, responsive, and helpful.

Fantastic location, beautiful views of the ocean from the windows. So lovely to walk across the road with a coffee in the morning. Main bed was super comfortable with lovely linen. While very small it had everything we needed for a weekend away with a family of 5.

We absolutely loved it, fantastic home and location. We dealt with Nalene and she made us feel sooo welcome and she was easy to talk to and contact. The home was spotless and we loved the layout. Easy access to the beach, shops just down the road. We will definitely recommend this gorgeous home to all our friends and family. 10/10 from all of us. Love every time we stay in this beach bach! Such a great spot and sunsets are next level. Always grateful they allow our dogs to stay with us.

Susan is a great host, it’s been our third stay at her property and we loved it! She was very flexible in our check-in and waited for us until we arrived from the ferry before midnight! We greatly appreciated it! The place is very clean, spacious and private, too. We would like to come back and certainly can recommend her place!

Thank you, what a lovely and special family home, it made for a magical and relaxing xmas break. Beautiful deco home with bohemian vibes. A spacious garden area to play led to an ethereal private pathway to the beach which was dotted with wild flowers. Original deco elements retained in the bathrooms. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with views. Would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks.

Thank you. I enjoyed being back at my childhood village. We were away from the house a lot but it was good to come back to and then when it was boiling hot to have a dip in the ocean. Going to sleep to the sound of the ocean was amazing.

Erin was a great host with good and clear communication. The house is the kind of Kiwi bach that you wish your grandparents had built! It has lots of space to sleep, eat. read, relax and play. The house has real character, a great garden and direct beach access. The location could really not be any better and our family of 6 had a fabulous three day break. We would wholeheartedly recommend and would happily return.

Amazing Amazing and Amazing! To wake up to this view was out of this world! Then having the awesome access to the beach. Everything you require is at the house….may be a little more expensive than some of the other Kapiti properties. But it is worth every penny! Thanks Julie and Kelly (the very helpful site Manager)

Home is in a beautiful natural setting at the end of a cul de sac. Ann was quick to communicate. The house is lovely, very well equipped (dozens of fun colorful mugs!) and super comfortable. There is white carpeting everywhere so if you have young children it's a bit of a stressor.

Well, let's see . . . a lovely little modern cottage, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, endless walkable beach just 50 yards/ meters away, sweet little town with yummy coffee shops and bakeries, generous hostess who brings banana cake and cookies . . . What's not to like?? I'll be back! Thanks, Angela, a lovely stay.

Christine and John’s place is a special find. Private but with direct access to the long and beautiful beach, very tastefully appointed and comfortable, access to a generous outdoor spa, it has all you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the little extras provided for breakfast and snacks much appreciated. There’s an excellent Thai restaurant a couple of blocks away and it’s very close to the Kapiti expressway for ease of access. Highly recommended.

Great sunsets on the deck and beautiful path to the beach. Comfortable bach with everything you need, would stay again.

A traditional bach feel with a stellar bathroom and clean and tidy kitchen, I’ll be coming back to stay at this studio. Love the area, love the views
