Townhouse holiday rentals in Kapalua

Our family loved our stay! The property and penthouse were beautiful with many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops to walk to nearby. We appreciated the beach day supplies provided as well! We would love to stay here again.

This was an absolute dream for our family of 4. The house was comfortable and as described, with the comforts of home that are important for anyone traveling with kids or for an extended time (laundry and full kitchen!). It’s hard to describe the wonderful sleep you get with the ocean breezes blowing through the windows and doors. The nearby beach is pristine and the location really could not be better - it is quiet and private but there are many restaurants, a drugstore, a supermarket and a very nice 24 hour gym all within easy walking distance. There are a few homeless individuals sleeping on the sidewalks nearby but this is typical for Hawaii and all of them kept to themselves. We found some wonderful places to visit in Kihei - there is some great surfing and snorkeling nearby - and the Shoppes at Wailea are only an easy 10 minute drive away. Toni communicated quickly and clearly and was kind enough to get some brand new beach toys for our stay! Don’t hesitate, book this place.

It's right on the water, so watch turtles from your balcony and whale watch if it's the right time of year. Nice washer/dryer, well furnished with newer couch, comfortable beds and good showers. Everything in the kitchen needed. Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, beach towels and children toys for beach available. Nice, furnished deck off living room and extra bedroom. Short walk to several places for coffee and food. We had a night time arrival, but at 4pm (HST), the door code and parking spot came up on their website after login and entry was no trouble. We didn't use the AC much, but it was nice it was available and very quiet. It's only a 15 minute walk to the tour boats in the harbor. The only cons are the area isn't good for long walks, except on the beach through Haycraft park and then walking down the beach and it's a 15 minute drive to any grocery store. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommended.

Puamana is a lovely place to stay, and 24-3 is a very nice condo. We loved the residential feel of this place. Neighbors were friendly and the area so peaceful. The ocean is beautiful there and we spotted whales each day. It was a very short distance into Lahaina and centrally located to other places as well. Our hosts at 24-3 were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. Well worth the stay, and the price.

First time in Maui? I highly recommend this place for a small family who is visiting for an extended period of time. Beautiful home with great views and amenities. Katie was very supportive the whole time and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again in the future.

We had a great stay, the house fit us perfectly. The location is great with a tiny beach right there where we saw sea turtles and a seal coming up for a nap! Not to mention all the whales we saw! Absolutely amazing! My grandson loved the pool! Also really great to have beach towels, chairs and cooler available to bring on the beach! We fully recommend Albert’s place! Now back home and missing Maui♥️

We had an incredible vacation! My four sons said it was the best family trip we have ever had. The condo is in the perfect location for exploring all that Maui has to offer. We loved the beach at Napili. We can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend this place! So spacious for our family of six, less than a minute walk to the beach and so many cool spots to explore within minutes. Jason was a wonderful host. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful time in beautiful Puamana and Patrick was a superb host underway, helping us with local recommendations and any odd query. We are not even home, yet already thinking about our next visit!

The location and convenience was 5 star!! We did have an issue where non of the TVs worked, but the host came out right away and fixed the downstairs TV. The unit is a little more worn than what I expected but it was still great and I would stay again. Overall all a really great experience Mahalo

A gem in heaven. So clean, so thoughtful in the details. The beds and beddings are comfortable, the AC works well (very important in here for a good night sleep). The kitchen is very homey and we cooked a bunch without any problem. The backyard is cute and our toddler loves it! There are baby highchair and crib even, I can easily imagine myself living in here for a long time.

Great place to stay, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach. Bbq area and pool on grounds. Although the condo itself has a menial amount of road noise, the community is very calm and quiet. Enjoyable lanai. Condo looks to have been recently remodeled so is quite nice.

The condo and surroundings are beautiful. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is quiet, at the end of the property, which was also really nice. Karl was incredibly responsive prior to our visit, as well as throughout our stay. This condo is perfect for a couple who wants to get away from the hustle-bustle and enjoy the beauty of Maui.

This was my second trip to Hawaii, and my first time in Maui with my big family! We were lucky enough to have my Aunt join us last minute. Trevor was super supportive and made us all feel right at home. He sent a detailed guide weeks before our arrival, with clear directions to the apartment and plenty of great recommendations for things to do in Maui. The room was so clean, and they even prepared a delicious ginger beverage that I absolutely loved! We had almost everything we needed for cooking, and my mom even whipped up some of her special home-cooked meals for us. The community was really friendly, which made it even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, too! We were on the west side of the island, just a hop away from beautiful beaches and famous restaurants. Plus, Safeway and Times supermarket were only a 10-minute drive away, making it super easy to find all the food and supplies we needed.
