Holiday rentals with a patio in Kanagawa Prefecture

This is one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in! Numa is a terrific host — incredibly responsive and available if you have questions. The apartment has everything you need and the location is unbeatable. In fact, I loved the apartment so much I extended my stay. Highly recommend!

The place is really great. It's cleaner than the photos and much better than the photos. First of all, it is an accommodation where the host's thoughtful consideration stood out. I was satisfied with the clean bathroom, convenient kitchen and living room, and comfortable and warm bedrooms. Korea is an ondol culture, and I get a lot of poisonous cold, and I feel that the floor is cold when I go abroad. However, this place was very amazing and I was touched by the consideration that the bed was even equipped with an electric pad for those people. The view from the balcony is also great. Shinjuku Tower and night view are so cool. Get off at Musashikoyama Station, pass through the arcade, and come home, and there is a lot to see. There is plenty to eat. Also, on the contrary, there is a lot to see in the Togoshi Ginza shopping street on the way to Togoshi Station. If I travel to Japan next time, I want to stay in this neighborhood again. I would like to thank Lara for creating such good memories and a place to rest throughout the trip. I'll be back:)

This is a great property for a short or long stay. Ebisu is a great area - not too busy but close enough to the action. The property is very clean and matches what is offered. The host is very responsive and was really accomodating for all our needs. We had 3 people and the room was big enough for us to spread out bags out. Room was very private and no outside noise can be heard. This property is a 10/10!

We fell in love with the neighbourhood as its very peaceful and beautiful. About 6-8min walk to Ebisu Station. 7Eleven is like a minute walk fm the house and they have Lawson around the corner too so konbinis are everywhere nearby which is very convenient. If you are a muslim tourist do try Honolulu Ramen which is close to Ebisu Station. The foods are really good. The host was very responsive and helpful too. They have elevator which is very uncommon for airbnb in Japan and it saved a lot of our energy and time to go up and down the place with our luggages, though its a bit small. We also cooked during our stay. At first we had trouble operating the oven as everything is in Japanese but thanks to the host who assisted us all the way. All in all we had a good time staying there and would love to stay here again if we get to travel to Tokyo again in future. Thank you host!

Great and responsive hosts! Good stay overall and the place matched the description in the listing well. Simple check in process and the elevator provided easy access from the ground floor. Even though you aren’t in central Tokyo, the train is very convenient from the apartment and there is a good amount of places to eat or shop in the surrounding area. It is also extremely convenient by taxi to get to and from Haneda, which was a big plus. Would absolutely recommend for people who wanted to explore a different part of Tokyo or stay closer to the airport.

The place is very near to the train station, with convenience store and fresh market around the corner make it the most convenient for person or traveller like me who likes to cook during my stay to save budget on food. The house is clean and have all of the basic things needed. The most important thing is the host has been very helpful & responsive..

A very new and versatile apartment. Easy access to train, but not so close as to be noisy. Easy walk to hip Shimokitasawa district.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ota City by Nostal Homes! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very good— conveniently close to the market and train station. Jeva was an exceptional host, providing clear instructions and being responsive to all my questions. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like snacks she brought for us and she made us feel like we had a friend here in japan. This place truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka and would happily stay here again on my next trip.

What we loved: neighbourhood feel, quiet street but still plenty on the street (food, shops etc). Convenient to Haneda.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home in the heart of Tokyo that can easily accommodate families. We stayed for the full month of January, and our hosts were extremely welcoming and responsive and made our stay especially pleasant. Centrally located, but across the small private street from a large convent, so about as peaceful a spot as one could ask for, with a spacious sunroom and beautiful little garden. Highly recommend, especially for anyone traveling with family.

The atmosphere was very nice including the outdoor pool. I want to stay there again around the summer.

My parents and my 3 year old son stayed with us for six days.The room was beautiful and had a lot of cooking utensils, so we had a very comfortable stay. Our stay at this luxurious yet cozy estate in beautiful Hayama beach area was just astounding. Kyoko and Junko was a great host, they were very responsive and kind, providing us a detailed list of fabulous local seafood restaurants close by. The premise was very spacious and clean, with a relaxing ambiance and interior resembling Mediterranean taste. Each of the rooms were very clean, spacious bathrooms, nice appliances at their full kitchen where we could prepare food using fresh local seafood. There was a very reasonable supermarket near by where we could buy all kinds of fresh local vegetables and seafood. The most notable thing was the beautiful Isshiki beach just minutes away. The beach is adjacent to the summer house of the Japanese royal family, and they even have a police box right on the beach to secure the environment. The nature is left very natural, and you can see enormous Mount Fuji right Beyond the horizon. The best getaway for us I years! Highly recommended.
