The home was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Thao was responsive and helpful. I recommend this to any large groups needing a quiet place to stay in Seattle!

I absolutely loved staying here. It was so cozy and comfortable and had so many thoughtful details. Rebecca was so helpful and kind. I had a special need and she went out of her way to ensure my comfort. I would love to stay here again when I’m in the area.

Anne sets the bar for short-term rentals. We had a wonderful stay in her very thoughtfully-appointed home. All of our needs were met with grace and style and surpassed our expectations. We were all very glad to have booked this one.

Del Mar Chateau was delightfully comfortable for our annual marriage group of 10 couples. We typically travel a couple hours to get away, and now we found a getaway in our backyard. Easy to find, quiet and peaceful, comfortable accommodations and worth the price. Our only issue was running out of hot water after a few successive showers in the morning. But no one took a cold shower, just cool. Easy to coordinate the next day. We'll be back!

This place was such a great experience! The view was beautiful and the build of the house was so unique and cute! The cedar hot tub and outdoor showers were the highlight for me. It is also totally private which is great! My only complaint is the usability of the oven. They are very nice appliances and brand new, just difficult to operate. We absolutely loved our stay and wish we stayed more than one night!

We loved how classy this Airbnb was / furniture in good shape, tasteful decor, great amenities (and extras - like additional toiletries in the bathroom), and everything was super clean especially all the bedding (smelled freshly laundered). Beds very comfy! The space is so calming and great for two small parties / couples because each bedroom has their own attached bath. Good space in both bedrooms and huge walk in closets in both, too. Kitchen really well stocked for meal prep! Loved the gas fire place & the view. Loved everything about this place & would definitely stay again! You can hear the traffic from the king bedroom on some nights (and a train in the distance). The wall units were a little noisy - we were able to sleep with them off. Rooms were so comfy & dark - we still slept well.

This is now one of my favorite places on the planet. I feel so lucky that we got to spend time here. I can't wait to come back! The view is beyond amazing! The house is impeccable. Amenities are abundant. Everything you need is there. The kitchen had every dish, pan, and utensil you could need, along with staples so you don't have to get basics from the store like salt and cooking oil. Everything feels thoughtful and comforting. ❤️ We loved kayaking and watching salmon jump out of the water and seals pop their heads up to say hi! It's very close to hundreds of great hikes and parks, but only if you can tear yourself away from the soft beds and idyllic beauty. It is truly a gorgeous place, a spot of peace in an often-chaotic world.

First off, I have to say, that Deniece was an excellent communicator. She responded quickly to any questions I had and I appreciated that immensely. It gave me great confidence ahead of our stay that she was indeed a super host and that our stay would be lovely. Upon arriving and throughout our stay the home not only met, but exceeded all of our expectations. The home and waterfront property were absolutely beautiful and everyone in our group was extremely happy. There were many nice touches, such as fresh bouquets of flowers, fresh cookies and scones, and wine with chilled glasses. The kitchen was very well equipped. You don't need to bring a thing! There were also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Our granddaughter especially loved the Children's garden and we spent lots of time playing there. We all loved sitting on the deck and on the porch enjoying the beautiful waterview and sunsets. We will without a doubt, stay there again. Thank you so much Deniece and Rich!

Great home! Stayed for a month with my wife, no complaints whatsoever. The view of the changing tides and the nature preserve across the canal was incredible, we saw around 5 eagles every day from the living room. We also saw multiple groups of seals right off the dock a couple of times. House had everything you needed and the yard and deck areas are beautiful.
