Wonderful location! Quiet and peaceful. Will recommend to anyone.

The apartment is nice, clean and a lovely. Host is fast in responding to the message and gives a clear instruction to check in and location. Just that the staircase to 2nd floor is a bit steep which needs to be careful.

Amazing location. The apartment is great. Enough space for a family of four to relax comfortably. Eeally appreciated the layout.

Atsuko has been very helpful during our stay. It felt right at home directly. I love the place itself as we experienced a traditional Japanese place. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside is the location is not too close from Kyoto station, it was a 20 minutes walk, I wouldn’t recommend you walking if you bring a lot of luggages. The area is supposedly safe but the night we stayed there, there were some police cars next to our airbnb, which felt kinda unsafe at the time. But in the morning we saw lots of kids playing around the area so supposedly it’s a safe neighborhood. Overall I would recommend to stay in Atsuko’s place :) thank you for the hospitality!

Great place to stay, heaps of amenities provided. Very clean, easy check in. Location is great, walking distance to bus stops and train station. Accommodation is across from a graveyard.

amazing! absolutely will recommend this place for anybody visiting Kyoto. Walking distance from so many great restaurants and bars, but the BNB is tucked away in a quiet street so we felt like locals. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again :)

Host prepared some fruits and Sake during check in. Location is quiet.

I like to thank the hosts for their hospitality! They offered snacks and bottles of water in the fridge and even free breakfast! They are also kind to advise me where to park to visit Fushima Inari!
