Had a wonderful stay with Sophia. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Chickens on the farm laid my breakfast for me! home made jams … bread service if required. The appartment is really well equipped and everything is in good condition with lots of homely touches to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely be booking again! WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Klaus's chalet! It was a clean and pleasant house which was in a top location, just next to the ski lift and the ski rental. Nice view also on a small practice slopes, definitely recommended for the winter sports enthusiasts!

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended. The house was the perfect size for myself, wife, two teenage daughters, and two dogs. It’s surrounded by picturesque views and located near beautiful walking trails, including one that leads up to a stunning waterfall. There are several good Italian restaurants within a five-minute drive. Garmisch and Oberau are both only ten-minute drives away. The host, Maximillian, was very responsive. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Mieders. The skibus stops 100 m from the apartment. There is a Spar very close with everything you need. Hannes was very friendly and met up arival.

The place is very nicely decorated, with a lot of love for detail. You feel completely comfortable and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. Arrival and departure worked without problems and also the contact with Cord was very friendly. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and very suitable with baby. The location is great and it was nice to be able to use the beautiful garden of Alexandra and her family. The family is very friendly and helpful. The sauna feels luxurious and gives a real holiday feeling. Incidentally, we were not bothered by the noise of the hotel next door. We would certainly recommend this apartment!

Spent a super nice birthday weekend with friends at the cabin. It is super cozy, tastefully decorated and a unique mix of old and modern 😊 communication with the hosts was also very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Super nice,clean apartment and perfectly suited for our vacation for four. Beautiful surroundings,many excursion destinations and especially many activities for children. We felt very comfortable.

The cabin was comfortable and contained everything we needed. it's an ideal place to stay with children, conformable beds and well provisioned kitchen. The area is beautiful. The campsite has a lovely swimming pool, amazing playground, fantastic restaurants. We hope to be back again soon! Host of trouble,communicative,place right next to the lift. Great for bigger parties. It's a little rustic ,a little worn ,but it has an absolute atmosphere and plenty of space. What I expected. Great

Super cute cabin. Very clean. We did not have any in-person contact Cor place with Roberto, but everything still worked smoothly. Highly recommended if you want to go hiking in Leutasch and the surrounding area. We were also allowed to take our dog with us. Perfect for relaxing.

Super nice and new accommodation, the location on the mountain and the views are fantastic. The place was extremely clean. There is even the possibility to wash laundry and play billiards in the playroom. All in all, a top place to stay. Birgit is extremely friendly, accommodating and gave us helpful tips for skiing! We would come back any time!
