We had a fantastic stay at Alix and Taj's property! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Alix and Taj were wonderful hosts—helpful, friendly, and responsive. We loved the thoughtful touches like hotel-style bathroom products, fresh milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and even ramen (a big hit with the kids!). There were plenty of towels, adding to the comfort. The building lobby had a beautiful perfume—we even asked the concierge about it, though they didn’t know the scent. The location is unbeatable, with Southbank attractions nearby and easy access to public transport. We stayed over New Year’s and enjoyed a stunning view of the fireworks from The Shrine Celebration Zone—an unforgettable highlight! Highly recommend staying here, and we’d love to return. We have just had a beautiful weekend at Ttekceba!! We really appreciated Veronika welcoming us and showing us around the property. The house was even more than we could have imagined, every part had so much character!! We honestly felt such child-like delight staying here as we discovered more and more each day and imagining the stories behind all the special items around the house. The outdoor areas were just otherworldly, so many lovely plants and wildlife. AND there was a pool! AND two cute ponies! No brainer, would love to come back.

Brian and Rhonda’s property has everything you could ask for as a family. We loved our time here, especially the sandpit and introducing our little one to a record player. The spa bath was lots of fun, and being surrounded by nature and animals made this a truly memorable stay.

Four of us girls stayed at Hollyville for the weekend and it was the most perfect place to stay. The house was spotless, very clean and very comfortable. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We loved the sun light shining through the house giving a warm cosy country feel, with beautiful views of the paddock and the cows. We went star gazing one night and we were delighted that there were warm blankets and torches were readily available right at the front entrance. We enjoyed our stay so much and we definitely want to come back again.

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment for our 3 generation family celebrations. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully appointed and was brilliant for our family of 7. It is well situated in Southbank, the Australian Open tennis at Melbourne Park, the National Gallery Victoria for the Kusama exhibition, the Arts Centre for the Penn &Teller show, all within walking distance. Kate was very helpful and always responded promptly to emails and was proactive in promptly dealing with any issues. The wifi was excellent and welcome snacks much appreciated. A beautifully curated home where every detail is carefully considered. We loved our stay at Gingers! The house is nestled among a beautiful, lush garden. Inside, the perfectly styled house has everything you could need, from a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful ceramics to a functioning laundry and activities galore for the kids and adults. Kylie’s tips for the local area were spot on and the house was perfectly located for a walk into town or to the Yarra River for a dip. The little thoughtful touches like pancake mix, kids treats and a wee present for a birthday celebration were beyond expectations. This would be the perfect retreat for couples or large families like ours, no matter the time of year. I hope we make it back to Gingers soon!

We had an amazing stay at Freshwater. The apartment was great, incredible views and the location is perfect. Colin was a great host- he met us at the property to check in, showed us up to the apartment, was super friendly, informative and accommodating! Will definitely stay again in the future!

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Justin's place was perfect for a larger family over Christmas (especially with it's retreat out the back). It was all very well stocked and clean. We really enjoyed our time here and will come again!

We stayed at Jolene’s cute beach unit for four nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Jolene was super friendly and gave me some great local recommendations for places to eat. Loved waking up across the road from beautiful Seaford beach. Thanks for having us!

Perfect stay for an event we had at Flemington racecourse - perfectly clean and cosy!

The house is amazing, quiet, relaxing and private. Just what we were looking for, and a beautiful section of produce was provided to us including bacon, eggs, juice, a fresh cob of bread and a beautiful walnut tart. The dogs were very friendly and our dog Douglas loved playing with them at every chance! We will absolutely be back x

Our family of five enjoyed our stay. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty of space. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The location in Richmond is amazingly convenient located between trams on either Swan St or Bridge Rd taking us to everywhere we needed. The cafe across the road had nice coffee too. Yarra walkways are a short distance.

We had a great few days at Paul and Judith’s cottage. The house was great, super clean and had everything you needed. We didn’t bring our pup but it was fabulously dog-friendly. It was a short drive to town and the other attractions in the area. The outdoor deck area was absolutely lovely. We would definitely recommend and would come back again.

Very nice apartment, well fitted out and in a handy location for St Kilda. Lots of local bars, cafes and restaurants. Quiet apartment considering busy location. Geri was very helpful. Would definitely return for another stay.

Excellent location & facility for me.

We had a wonderful stay at Stacey’s home. We booked a last minute break over summer mostly to enjoy the surrounds and to rest/ play by the pool with our 4 y/o. This home did not disappoint! The views over the valley are remarkable and the home is spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Stacey is a very responsive host and graciously accommodated our requests for early check in. The local shops/restaurants are a short drive on the hill and the nearby Queens park and Badger Creek are great to visit with kids. We had a great time and would definitely return.

A lovely, shaded, fully equipped apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay, and close to public transport. In the apartment there was plenty of information on the surrounding area, places of interest and visit. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with two small flights of stares to negotiate to access. There isn't a lift which could be an issue for some. Anne was very helpful and responsive to any questions and proactive in ensuring that we were happy with everything. She was also very flexible with entry and exit times which helped us immensely. We could not have wished for a better host.

We absolutely loved our stay with Julie on the Southbank of Melbourne. We stayed for a week over NYE. First off the location is perfect and very walkable to many excellent restaurants. Two blocks from the crown casino and shopping. Lots of walkable activities for our kids including the ferris wheel, scenic boat tours, aquarium and more. A grocery store and bottle shop are only steps away. The unit itself was perfect. Very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Washer and dryer. Comfortable beds and large comfortable couch for watching movies with the family. My kids loved the bunk beds. Very spacious balcony. It had everything we needed. It felt like home. We will definitely be back when we visit Melbourne again.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts along with Ollie (dog). We had two grandsons staying, along with their parents all of whom found the games and pool a great distraction from their electronic devices. Plenty of crockery and cutlery and bathroom essentials. Linen and pillows along with comfortable beds added to our wonderful stay. Location to restaurants and walking trails atpour doorstep.

Clean and comfortable unit in a secure building. Great location for walking into the city. Unit has everything you need for a fuss free stay. I enjoyed the gym, pool and rooftop garden.
