Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kali

We had a warm welcome and brilliant communication during our stay. It was helped directly when we had an issue:-) The location of the house is in the beautiful nature of Vrana and you can escape the hustle and bustle. The private pool contributes. You also have an outdoor grill to round off the beautiful evenings. Furthermore, there is a new, additional bathroom, which is not yet visible on the pictures! However, a car is urgently recommended to reach supermarkets, beaches, etc. All in one, it was a great stay and we would come back :-)

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

Nice little cottage. Our stay was during the Christmas break and the place was adequately warm with fireplace and heaters provided. Highly recommend!

Nada was the most lovely person, welcoming us to the apartment. She invited us to pick fresh limes. Josip was extremely responsive. Lovely clean and comfortable place

The house was amazing, like shown on the pictures. Everything was clean at our arrival and the host was reachable. The beach was easy reachable by foot. The jacuzzi, pool and sauna worked really well. We enjoyed our stay

Martin's place was really super nice. The location is great if you want to switch off and still do something from time to time, such as the national park or a boat trip in Zadar. Martin is a very friendly and helpful host who warmly welcomes you with drinks and food. Highly recommend!

Lovely appartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the sea and in walking distance from the old town. Dario was quick and friendly. Great host and great accommodation!

The place was perfect. Parking available right in front of the building, Joanna and Ana responded immediately when needed. Check in super simple. Very clean and spacious apartment in a great location.

We stayed in Zlata's apartment for 2 nights. We actually arrived too early, but were very kindly received by her. She took extensive time to show the apartment and gave us a lot of tips and information about the area. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We recommend this apartment!

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

Gorgeous little flat and valentina was the most helpful host we could’ve had. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for the week.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. Marko was the best host - always communicating, checking that everything is fine, giving local advice. Kali is a very nice place and we had a great holiday - we hope to be back. Thank you

We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!

A great place managed by lovely owners. The location of the Villa is great, with a view of the mountain skyline. Huge pool, spacious home with many attractions. Great communication with Anka. I recommend it to anyone, the perfect place to relax in Croatia!

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Perfect! The nickel communication, if we needed something we had it, it responded directly. The place was super clean, the pool maintained EVERY day without “bothering” us. When we arrived there was drinking and eating in the fridge. All essential amenities were present. Andrea had sent recommendations for activities or restaurants to do, the villa has an amazing and unobstructed view, the sun hits the pool well and it made the house super bright. The pool was heated, we were able to swim even at 11pm, it was perfect. The village is quiet, our neighbors were sheep and chickens, it was peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation is 20 minutes from Zadar and 1.5 hours from Split, the shops are also quite close. I think it's essential to rent a car. Anyway, I recommend this place 100%.
