We love staying at the Fairway Villa's and Jen's place was great! Loved being able to walk right out the back door to go on a walk or head to the pool. Can't beat the location for walking to the Kings Shops and Queens Market. Everything we needed in the kitchen as we like to cook and loved having chairs, boogie boards and cooler back pack to take to the beach! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay Jen!

If I could give this 6 stars, I would! Other reviewers have mentioned this, but this home is even more lovely than the pictures convey. Barbara is a wonderful host - so friendly, responsive and accommodating. The location is unbeatable - access to the Mauna Lani beach club, wonderful running routes right from the door, and nearby tennis clubs/clinics and golf. Truly a slice of paradise!

Lovely unit that was well equipped. Cool peek-a-boo view of the ocean from a nice lanai. Well maintained grounds. Pool area with a stunning view of the ocean. All in all, a great experience.

Allyson was a great host ! Always responsive; guide book sent to me in advance. The location is a very pretty golf villa. The unit was quiet. and the neighborhood upscale and quiet. The unit was very spacious for our family of 5 adults. The back lanai was lovely .We ate dinner outside several times on the deck. We had an issue with the temperature on the hot water tank needing adjusting and this was done day 1 as soon as we requested. We asked for a sightly later checkout which was no problem. I would highly recommend the unit and cannot compliment Allyson enough as a host.

We really enjoyed our time at Leilani’s Palm Villa Home. It’s in a central location, which made our daily adventures easy to navigate. The onsite amenities and the access to the private Beach Club worked perfectly for our family of 6 adults. Also I have to mention that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to make any meal and their garage was organized with tons of beach gear. It was a great stay and we plan on returning.

The place was outstanding, very close to everything, yet far about to be private. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay on Big Island

Everything went smoothly our check in was really great excellent customer service ! Not only the place is clean but the host is very nice and an excellent communicate with him! Good location this place is really nice and very comfortable if anybody looking for a place to relax I recommend Jesse because not only an excellent communicator but very nice person and very helpful and excellent customer service very friendly! Amazing house and location. House had a lot of swimming/ beach gear that made the stay so easy to plan. Kids loved it!

Our stay felt at home and it had very peaceful surroundings. The host was very responsive with any questions we had and was available and prompt when we had issues with the door lock. The house was spacious and comfortable, with all the needs you will need away from home. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a peaceful environment, great location to surrounding activities in the area and a beautiful view from the balcony.

We had a great stay at Paul and Michelle’s condo. It was clean and comfortable and had lots of extra amenities as listed. We especially loved the comfortable furniture on the balcony and spent most our time outside listening to birds and enjoying the weather and views. Something, extra was a very nice pair of binoculars for guest use that we took on a shoreside walk and saw spinner dolphins and humpback whales as if we were right next to them. So fun! I recommend a stay at this condo.

Perfect location! We felt safe and the pool and workout room were amazing. The condo was spacious and comfy and had everything we needed. Walking was way and quick to great shopping. We will book it again!

It was our dream Destination. Best vacation ever. So nice well organized and kind hosts! Beautiful surrounding. Ideal weather. We did not want to drive a car anywhere as there was so much to do. Very relaxing. Stunning views.

The condo was wonderful! We had 5 adults and it felt big enough! Really appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and boogie boards. Made the beach days much more enjoyable! Great recommendations on farmers markets and restaurants! Highly recommend staying here.

Terrific, spacious property in a private gated community. Everything was squeaky clean which my wife especially appreciated. The washer & dryer were nice to have during an 8 night stay, as were all of the "beach toys" provided, including good quality masks, fins and snorkels. We used the beach chairs nearly every day we were there. Can't imagine a nicer condo in the Waikoloa area nor a better host. We hope to return. Stay here - you won't regret it.

Beautiful 3 Bdrm, 3 Ba condo ( Master and Q bedroom both with baths upstairs with a small loft in between), small bedroom with D downstairs and 3rd full bath outside the door next to a W/D. Open living room/kitchen space with a dining room table that sat 6 of us downstairs. We had 6 adults and a toddler in our party and had plenty of space indoors plus we expanded to the lanai that had casual seating next to the lawn and an outdoor dining table next to the grill. View was of a golf course (no ocean views from the condo, but the beach was about a mile away). The pool was close and the area was quiet and peaceful. Having the parking pass for the residents beach access and the beach equipment in the garage (5 folding chairs, a couple of snorkel sets, beach sand toys, an ice chest, an umbrella, some boogie boards etc) was all very helpful for our group to pack up and take for a half day out. A small grocery store is 5 minute away. Kea answered texts quickly and resolved all issues

We loved everything about this amazing home! The house is spotless and has everything in it that one could want. Kitchen is well stocked, the air conditioning is amazing and the huge TV in the main living area is so nice to have for movie nights in. There are lots of “extras” to use in the garage for those days at the beach. (Chairs, coolers, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc). We enjoyed watching sunsets from the covered lanai and grilling from the outdoor kitchen. I already miss this place and look forward to staying here again in the future.

This was our third time back and Laura’s place is beginning to feel like our home away from home! It is cooler than downtown making it feel perfect outside and in. The view is lovely as well. There was plenty of room for my 4 adult sons to spread out and stay content. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful property with lovely plumeria fragrance. A five minute walk away, is the community pool and a lap pool. The hot tub is behind the community pool. Instead of turning left at the first turnabout to the house, you continue straight and it's on your right. Key is needed for entry. Parking is available. Ten minutes away, there's the Mauna Lani Beach club (chairs with shade available) that is super family friendly and much nicer than the Fairmont Orchid beach, however, there's only one entry per keycard tap. Tap 2x for 2 cars. Bring the key card in case of random checks. Property has bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, life vests for children and a floatie (no noodles). Also, 10 minutes away there's a mall with a grocery store situated inside where you can buy hot food and cold drinks. There's also Island Vintage Coffee for acai bowls and coffee and Roy's for dinner. Costco is about 30 minutes away and the airport is 10 minutes more. Great location, nice property, responsive host.

The location was perfect. So close to many restaurants and shopping. This was the most organized rental I have yet to stay in. It had everything you could think of. Very ideal for families! Matt was extremely accommodating and very responsive upon any questions. Look forward to staying here again.

Perfect stay in this beautiful luxurious home in a great location in Mauna Lani. We’ve stayed in many properties in this area over the years, and this surpassed them all. Top-notch amenities, and the management company was great—always reachable and immediately responsive. We will be back!
