We spent one night at Mohamed’s place on the way from Tunis to Tozeur and didn’t spend any time in El Kef itself. The room was okay, although quite old. The bed could use a new mattress. We had dinner and breakfast of extremely high quality! The portions were big and the food was delicious. However, dinner price was quite high (100 TN for two).

Cute room with its bathroom in a big and beautiful house. Breakfast is delicious. Fatima the lady who received me very kind. Highly recommended.
