A quiet place to stay with stunning mountain views

A lovely place to stay in Kaikōura with mountain views, all day sun and a private deck. Not even a 5 minute drive to town center. It is the 3rd house down a private lane, parking right by the house. Large open plan living area and good sized bedrooms. West boundary is a peaceful creek (be aware of this if you have children). A great heat pump and additional big log burner will keep you warm during the winter months with a heat distribution system to keep you warm in the bedrooms. No WiFi sorry!

Black Mountain is situated in the foot hills of the Kaikoura Seaward Ranges and 6km North of the Kaikoura township. The home is designed for short and long term stays, is very private and enjoys a rural aspect. Bedroom, living, dining, bath and deck all enjoy mountain and garden views and it is possible to see the ocean from the surrounds. On arrival you will find freshly some freshly prepared provisions - probably enough for a little breakfast for two on me for your first morning!

It's away from the hustle and bustle of the town side, & yet only a short drive to anywhere in Kaikoura. We have most conveniences, a great kitchen, comfy beds & furniture, free WIFI, a deck & plenty of off-street parking. This is a large house, and you will be renting the front half. The units connect via a shared laundry.

Priceless ocean and mountain views. Our house is situated opposite the pacific ocean. We would like to share our own Kaikoura holiday home with you. Our holiday home is just an ordinary, basic house but we have extraordinary views! Just 15 minutes walk to town or 2 minutes drive. Some activities you will enjoy are: whale watching, swimming with dolphins and seals, kayaking, and walks in the Kaikoura native bush.

Modern executive home with fantastic rural views. Large well equipped house with 3 bathrooms. All rooms get full sun and spend the evenings on the upstairs deck. Table tennis table in the garage.
