Holiday houses in Kadıköy

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! The place was wonderful! The location is great and close to everything, walking distance to the seaside, grocery shops, old bazar and shops. Always alive as if there is no night time in the area (therefore a bit noisy but not that bad that you can't sleep). The place is spotlessly clean, the kitchen and amenities is as if nobody have used them. The bathroom is spotlessly clean. The beds were all clean with extra liners to be replaced. Tissues, cleaning things and whatever you need was all in place. The host was super responsive and answered the questions immediately. we needed bigger plates and a weight that she brought immediately. We will recommend the place to the friends and there is no doubt that we will come back.

I’ve been traveling to Turkey since 2016, visiting at least twice a year, and I’ve stayed in many Airbnb locations across different neighborhoods. Out of all of them, the Airbnb in Kadıköy stands out as the most enjoyable. The neighborhood has a vibrant social life with plenty of locals, beautiful spots, great restaurants, nice shops, and lovely scenery—all just a few steps away from the Airbnb. The place is in a typical Turkish building, and while the space is small, it’s perfect for someone who plans to explore the city during the day. Everything was spotless, from the linens and cushions to the bathroom, which is a top priority for me. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions and prompt communication, and they were very helpful with my luggage. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again on my next visit to Turkey. The location is also just a five-minute walk from the ferry , making it super convenient for getting around.

The villa was lovely, absolutely beautiful place that looks just like the photos. Great location in the center of things, and a great garden too. Definitely would recommend!

The apartment is simply perfect, everything is as described, everything you need for a pleasant stay is present in the house, there was even laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. It felt right at home. I'd choose it again. Talking to Anıl has always been easy. 100% recommended. Çok teşekkür ederim:)
