The house is like the photos posted in the ad, very well airy, spacious and in all rooms we have the sunlight, clean and smelling bathrooms, the beds are very comfortable with clean squads and pillows, kitchen very well equipped as all the utensils we need. Easy access to the beach, waterfalls, markets and pharmacy. Maria and a very well-educated and cheerful people, answers the messages very quickly, her husband received us to check in and gave us several tips to get to know the Bela Island. Thank you for everything and I will definitely be back more often. I was in love with the house and the place.

Andrea is a very kind host and requests from day one. Your house is very comfortable and beautiful, exactly as described in the ad, in addition to the fact that it is very close to the beach and the condominium is very quiet. The balcony is extremely spacious, the 3 bedrooms are great and very well equipped. Our stay was perfect from beginning to end.

What an amazing place!!! We had a great stay, the house is wonderful and safe. I went with 4 Irish friends and they loved it and we enjoyed it a lot. The beach is on the same street and is a beautiful beach. Omar and Vanusa were extremely attentive and helped us with everything we need. It was a 10 note experience. Memorable memories. Thank you!! The house is even better than the photos. Whenever we need to take any questions both Marcel and the chair were super quick to return to us. The house is super-equipped with all possible utensils. Next to the beach and they still offer sunscreen and chairs in good condition for us to use. We love and we would definitely stay at the house again!

The location is as advertised. I already knew the condominium and the beach, and we love the place because regardless of whether it is a period of parties or holidays is always quiet, but the house of Mr. José Antônio complements this peace and quiet. Space with lots of greenery and everything necessary to enjoy the beach and still rest as if it were in the countryside. Super attentive and helpful in relation to all the details of the house and the vicinity. The housekeeper is always available if you need anything. We'll be back for sure.

We were in 10 adults and 5 children. We are all very well accommodated. Super spacious house, good location. To get to the beach we drove to the beach for the children, but very easy to park. Heated pool was a super differential, we arrived from the beach and stayed in the pool until late. If it were ice-cold we certainly wouldn't have taken so much advantage. Two items as suggestions for improvement: few cooking utensils such as cups and plates. Also, the second point is the fact that there is no curtain in the rooms and as soon as it dawns the rooms are very clear. The children woke up 6 in the morning on the two days as the clarity is very strong in the early hours of the day. Suggestion to install a blackout shade. But none of this hindered our experience, it was a very special weekend!

The apartment is great and was super comfortable for my family (couple + two children). The location is excellent, with the beach less than three minutes' walk. The apartment is well organized and pleasant, and the kitchen is complete. I highly recommend it!

Marcelo is an extremely attentive person, he helped us with everything we need before and during our stay in his AP. The place is exactly as it appears in the photos, the view to the sea gains a beautiful highlight in the apartment and the location made it very easy to know the places around, very well equipped to create good memories in the family. It was our first airbnb rental experience and I'm delighted with this apartment! We were very well served by Juliana, both before, during the stay and after. Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly like in the pictures, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take on the beach, extra sun umbrellas, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious Pool, does not make you want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!

For sure when I return to Rivieira I will be staying in this apartment again. Township meets all needs, kitchen with necessary utensils and BBQ items. Clean bathrooms and easy to clean tbm with a strong shower. Mattresses in great shape. Entire apartment with air conditioning!! Rooms with a wardrobe and have hangers, which made it easy to keep the dresses. Indico Bring Soap Powder and Softener, pq in the Tbm apartment has a washer (which made it much easier with the bikinis and towels)

It was wonderful from start to finish. They are great hosts, organized, clean, very beautiful and cozy smelling home. Wonderful location, quiet location, and close to the beach, little hiking time. My 3-year-old daughter loved, had plenty of places to have fun, outdoor and heated pool, park, and kids space. We were amazed at the care of hosts with all the details of our stay, from check-in to the end. Such sympathy. We are grateful for everything! We hope to return soon.
