The apartment was very clean, quiet and exactly as described. I felt comfortable from the first moment. Verena and her husband were incredibly warm, helpful and always available. Everything was well organized, and small loving details made the stay even more pleasant. If you're looking for a relaxed and well-kept place to stay, this is the place to be. I'd love to come back :)

Very cozy and comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities. Very quiet environment and neat welcome. We highly recommend this little slice of heaven. Merry Christmas polite! Cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac, nice walk (oppig gratweg) a few minutes walk. The house is spacious and well equipped. Very cozy and tidy. Tanja also makes our own local products and we have some of the homemade jam at home. Highly recommended this holiday home, do not hesitate!

We stayed at Andre's place fir one night, it was very nice - it is small but with e erything you might need. The kids loved it!

Great place for a big group or family. The accommodation is very clean when you arrive and the hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Fabrice even took the trouble to heat the pellet and fireplace before we arrived. As in the description, booked without thinking 😊

Highlighted are the very friendly and timely communication with the host. There were helpful tips for the instruction. The apartment and especially the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A cozy restaurant is within walking distance and shopping incl. Pharmacy in the immediate vicinity. You can quickly reach the countryside, and the city center can be reached by bus in 20 minutes. We felt very comfortable with you.

Host was always available. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Equipped kitchen. Spacious apartment. Good beds. Great shower. Good heating . Quietly located. Towns on the Mosel at a 30-minute drive. Perfect for beautiful walks to make. Great stay !

My family and I (four families, 15 persons) had a few wonderful days in Nasingen. The welcome was also very warm. Together we used all the four apartments (6, 4, 4 and 2 persons). The playroom with billiards was also well used, as was the common room where the woodstove was lit in the evening. There is a lot of information available about trips and walks in the area. .In short, a place and apartments that we all enjoyed enormously.

Ursula’s house is one of the best Airbnb accommodations we have ever stayed in. We were two families with kids, visiting to enjoy the magical Christmas atmosphere, and this house became the perfect base for our holiday. It is located in the charming village of Perl (in the municipality of Merzig-Wadern), from where it’s easy to reach Luxembourg, Nancy, Strasbourg, and Colmar — ideal destinations for Christmas markets. We had a wonderful time in this warm, stylish, and impeccably clean house that provided us with complete comfort and relaxation. The house is equipped with modern appliances, including a washer and dryer, which is especially valuable in winter when warmth and coziness are so important. Everything inside was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay incredibly convenient, even with young children. Ursula was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed during our stay. We’d love to return there!
