Holiday rentals with a patio in Jung District

Great place to stay, close to subway and plenty of restaurants around the area. Olace was clean and very comfortable. Definitely would recommend to other visiting Seoul.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location is incredibly strategic—close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it so easy to get around and explore. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, which made my time there even more enjoyable. The host was also very responsive and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting hongdae area!

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

The host even sends us photos of the way to the accommodation, tells us in detail, and the accommodation is clean and really nice!! It's a pity that the check-in time is a little late, but there's plenty of time to check out!

I rested so comfortably without any shortcomings before heading out.

Woohee's apartment was overall an excellent place to stay. It was very convenient since it is located near Seoul Station. It was also very quiet at night and we were not bothered by any noises. There are several bus routes that go through the area. Additionally, there was a Metro station 7 minutes away. There is security stationed outside the residential elevators 24/7 as well. The apartment was very clean, and newly renovated. There is also a very nice view of the mountains from the room. There is a washer and dryer in unit which were both new as well. On the first floor of the same building there is a convenient store for all your quick needs. There is a small grocery store at the nearby Metro Station and a large grocery store at Seoul Station. All said, We enjoyed our stay since Woohee and her team were responsive and helpful with any questions or recommendations. They even met us at the apartment to answer any questions and go over any concerns.

Beautiful Hanok in a nice neighborhood in Seoul. It is easy to get to from the airport and also to travel around Seoul. The little house is spacious and has everything you need during a city stay. Would highly recommend. Also Christina was very responsive.

It was a neat and comfortable accommodation. There were kitchen utensils and washing machine dryers, so it was convenient.

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

The boiler works well, so warm and warm water works well. It was nice that late check-out was possible and there were so many towels. I think you paid a lot of attention to the interior. There was a large mirror in each room, so it was good for several people to prepare, and the lighting was remote adjustable, so it was convenient. However, it would be nice if you pay a little more attention to cleaning. I had a good rest with four people.

I went to the address and wanted to see if this is the right place at the entrance of the building. But when I went into the accommodation, there was a subtle scent, red ribbon, and well-maintained plants. There were plenty of clean bedding and amenities, so I used them well. It was right below Namsan Mountain, so it was good to take a walk in the morning. The location is so good that I walked to both Myeongdong and Deoksugung Palace. It was also helpful to have information about restaurants. However, the first reason I chose this place was because of the two bathrooms, and one was a difficult space to wash. Apart from this, all my friends who went with me were satisfied, and I had a comfortable stay. I think it was a good idea to choose a place to stay for air bnb, not a hotel.

I was able to have a good time with my children comfortably for 2 nights and 3 days.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
