Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Jumeirah Village Circle

We stayed at Daniel’s place for 2 weeks. We couldn’t be more satisfied with his place. Very clean, just as in the pictures and description. Great restaurants and cafés in the area. Also good for families with little kids/ many play areas. I highly recommend!

Great location, insanely beautiful interior, great gym , swimming pool with a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa, various activities, master classes , Jazil was responsive , also organized prompt delivery of towels separate for the pool, for which special gratitude .

Loved the home, paid attention to small details like, bathroom had good shower gel, shampoo, conditioner from body shop which is something i personally use; felt very thoughtful. The room even had cornflakes too ☺️

We absolutely loved this apartment it was very clean and modern and felt homely it had everything you need.The bed was very comfy so was the bedding,it is in a quite area but had lovely restaurants within walking distance.Tosin always responded quickly we will definitely be staying here again.Thank you Tosin

The apartment adjusted to what we were looking for for a group of 10 people. Everything clean and tidy, with sheets, towels and what we need. The location is excellent, close to the marina where there is a lot of activity, also close to the public transport stations. Finally, the host, very attentive to us, if we were missing something, if we were good the apartment... Highly recommended….

Great location, and perfectly sized apartment for both short & long-term stays

The apartment itself is great. It is on the 35th floor, nice views from the balcony. A bit noisy as construction works (buildings nearby) never stops in Dubai, but not disappointed. Very clean, very comfortable, beds are great, kitchen is fully equipped. Dragos was always responsive. The only negative moment is reception and security of the building. I have lived permanently in Dubai for more than a year, visited many buildings and have never seen such ridiculous security system. Everybody is allowed to enter the building only when they show access card. We were a group of 3 persons and had only 1 access card. That was super uncomfortable. I witnessed multiple conflicts at the reception from the owners who own the apartments not being able to pass through the lifts (not talking about guests who rent). However they collect everybody’s passports with photo and then they say it is not enough, only access cards matter :))) Ok, anyway - the apartment itself is great

very responsive, helpful, informative and friendly host. place is very much near to metro, just 2mins walk to DMCC metro. place is maintained well. kitchen is well equipped which let us cook the breakfast everyday. near to tourist attractions in marina. over all super happy stay, we liked it.

Jose's apartment is very cozy, clean and spacious. There is everything you might need and even more. The view from the balcony is incredible. Jose was super friendly and always kin to help, in case there is any questions. We will definitely come back for the next trip. Excellent place to stay for short and long time to discover Dubai.

Our stay at Juan’s apartment was perfect! The location is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa and is walkable. Juan was very responsive to any questions and requests that we had, and clearly explained everything we needed to know. I will love to return to stay here on my next Dubai trip!

Roya is a perfect landlord. She is careful and willing to help! The apartment was absolutely clean and comfortable. Communication with Roya was quickly and pleasantly. I definitely recommend it.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults – it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. The villa is situated in a lovely gated estate and its very quiet and we had everything we needed in the villa for a pleasant stay. The lake behind is lovely as is the heated pool. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Joe the housekeeper came every couple of days to clean. It was let down by the tired furniture, not what one would call luxury and the WiFi is bad. Belal did arrive with a new extender kit but it was near the end of our stay. The air conditioning was working well but did smell of mould upstairs. There is NO tennis court just a few steps away it must have been removed, the nearest court is a 7 min drive away. The nearest supermarket “The Spinneys” is a 25 minute walk. The Marina and Palm are a 20 min drive and the Burj Khalifa a 30 min drive. The places to visit in Dubai are amazing and I would go back and stay at this villa if the Wifi is sorted.
