Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Jumeirah

10 minutes from Dubai airport. Worked well for our family as a place to layover between flights. Nihal was a friendly and responsive host

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults – it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. We stayed in Air BnB Villa Alma for a long-term rental whilst our own Villa renovations were being completed locally. First off - Holly is an amazing host with so much knowledge to share about the area and community. She was readily available for all our questions and requests and has such a positive attitude. Our plans changed multiple times and she was flexible and hospitable in every way. We cannot thank you enough Holly! The house offers everything you need for both short & long term stays. It is modern, clean, functional, practical and has everything you could possibly need. Beds comfy, plenty of space, green garden (with beautiful birds visiting), parking space, good AC, good hot showers, super family friendly. Location is excellent - just a few minutes walking distance to everything you need! The community pool and various sports facilities around 3mins, Golf Club and its restaurants 5mins, and less than 10 mins to the Arabian Ranches shopping complex. Thank you again ;-)

My family stayed 5 weeks in this beautiful home. The home has been recently renovated and felt very well kept and homely. Despite the summer heat we were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and made use of the community swimming pools, playgrounds and lakeside walking paths. The house was extremely child friendly. Stefanie and her husband Mike were extremely wonderful hosts - welcoming and very responsive. We were grateful to also have the service of her housekeeper who was also great. All in all my family were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. I would not be honest if I did not mention that there were some maintenance issues that cropped up during our stay like an AC leak and an issue with a fuse but Stefanie had these resolved very very quickly so we this not really impact our stay. Don’t walk, run! This is a wonderful base from which to explore Dubai. Thank you Stefanie!

This is our fifth bandb stay whilst waiting for our house to be ready and the only one I would ever stay again. What stood out was that the host had made an effort to make it feel like home, it wasn’t just about profit. Every touch in the house made you feel welcome and relaxed. The area is lovely - very respectful neighbours, lovely walks and the facilities are stunning. I’m actually sad to be leaving! This place is leagues ahead of others (you would be shocked about the other air bandb’s we have had to stay at, and I mean shocked). Highly recommend this place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for treating us like we mattered and inviting us into your beautiful home ❤️

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.

We had a lovely time staying at Sara's place. We were pleased from the start to the end of our stay. Upon arrival we were happy to see how clean the place was. It was decorated well making it a cozy stay. It also had all the necessary amenities to make us feel at home. Also whenever we needed any help Sara was quick to respond and helpful making the entire experience pleasant. Over all, we had a great experience and highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back !!

Had an amazing stay at Hassan's place! The apartment felt like home and Hassan is a super host. The location is perfect too - a short walk to the beach, Marina Walk, and metro. Would definetly stay here again!

This apartment could not get any better. perfect location on the marina with a few mins walk to JBR. the parking is a little tight, however this is with mist places in dubai. overall this was the best airbnb possible in dubai hands down. highly reccomend!

Amazing apartment highly recommended

Rented Salma’s place for a family week away to celebrate a 70th birthday. 6 adults and 1 toddler and the Apartment was perfect. Fabulous location, plenty of space (outside area especially generous) and super stylish decor. It was absolutely spectacular! Flight delayed on way back and Salma was generous enough to allow us to check out later which was super helpful. Great communication throughout. We have stayed in plenty of AirBnBs over the years and this was the best experience we have had. Thank you Salma :)

I stayed here for a week with my family. Nalla and Sabine were great hosts. The apartment was neatly maintained and the views out the flat were stunning. Would definitely come and stay here again in the future!

Had a beautiful stay at Lovella's place as the apartment was really nice. A very convenient location in terms of finding public transportation & taxis that connects to the whole city. The cats were super cute & playful, had real fun with them. Lovella is a great host as she ensured that everything was good for me in terms of my stay. Will definitely stay when I am back!

Bastein and Helene are extremely good hosts. They communicated everything to us, well in time. They checked in to see if we were comfortable. They’re quite accommodating as well which is rare in bnb host community as they let us check in early and check out late. The apartment looks better in person, is well stocked and has everything you would need. The only issue is that you need a car to get to places as commute might be a problem otherwise. The location is quiet and there’s not much to do but everything is a 30-40 minute drive. We rented a car so that was not a problem. What is worth mentioning is that this place has really good energy. The sun comes in from the floor to ceiling windows which really is the best. There’s something about this apartment that makes it homely and warm. If you don’t like overly done air bnbs and are looking for a warm and cozy place, this is the perfect place! Thanks again Helene and bastein! Hope to see you again sometime :)

Excellent place. The only good one in the whole city (seriously).

Perfectly located on the JBR. Very large apartment with a very large roof terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. We really enjoyed staying on the terrace with the pool. Incredibly beautiful! We would come back anytime. The apartment was very clean and the hosts are always available. Since the apartment is no longer completely new, one or the other minor repair is needed, but it has been or will be fixed very quickly if you communicate it to the landlord.

Erin's apartment was the perfect place for our 1st stay in Dubai. She communicated well and the apartment was exactly how she described. Easy check in and amenities were fantastic. So close to restaurants, Marina Mall, water ferry, trams and trains were within a short walk. Highly recommend
