Great host who was quick to respond to messages and help with everything. The apartment is clean, cozy, has everything you need for a long stay and is also in a very good neighborhood. The only thing I didn't really like was soundproofing, but in 2 months of stay it didn't cause too big problems. I highly recommend this apartment for both short and long term stays!

The apartment offers a unique charming experience of staying in a theater-like environment. It is located in an old building, so the layout may seem weird and the furniture is not the shiniest but all of this adds to the vibe. If the vibe suits you, you shouldn't think twice. This is an amazing place with all the amenities, a great location, and lovely hosts who are always ready to help!

We stayed at this fantastic house over the winter holiday period, and it will undoubtedly remain one of our most cherished memories. Every detail was so thoughtfully planned! Communication was excellent, and Grazyna and Jim were incredibly kind, even surprising us with a lovely New Year’s gift. I highly recommend this place. If you have kids, they’ll love it here too! There’s plenty of space for them to play, both indoors and outdoors, as well as a great selection of board games to enjoy. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay at your wonderful home! Lovely and homely apartment and very warm to keep the Warsaw winter at bay. Very clean and tidy, very peaceful with the bedroom onlooking to a quiet park. Very close to metro, tram and bus connections and very short journey into central Warsaw. For travelers who want to be close to a city center but like something more green, historic, quiet and local then Żoliborz is the place to stay. It’s like the Hampstead of London but for Warsaw 😃

Perfect location - very close to the center, but the apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and clean. You really can feel at home there. Plus, wonderful hosts who are communicative, comfortable, and helpful. I hope to have the opportunity to go back. Recommended place ❤️

Had a wonderful stay ! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth. The only issue was finding the lockbox, which was a bit tricky, but once sorted, everything was perfect. The location was great, Would definitely recommend!
